I have been battling roaches in my apartment for 2 months. The retirement office has contracted with abc, so I have no choice but to deal with them. The pest man told me on initial visit to empty all cupboards and pantry. He came and sprayed. He was supposed to move out the refrigerator and the stove. I am highly doubting that this was done because when I moved out my refrigerator there was roaches all over the floor behind it. So now me and my neighbor have a roach infestation. I called another company and was wanting to pay to have my house sprayed and they said they couldn't come on the property unless they had Management's approval so I'm stuck with the ABC pest control. He told me to empty my cupboards again which I did when he came on his visit he came in and sprayed once on either side of the refrigerator he sprayed in the pantry, and then he went to walk out I said hey I emptied my cupboards and he came back in and he sprayed the cupboards budget spray two drawers that were emptied out. He is contracted to come every Thursday however he missed this Thursday and came on Friday instead.when I asked him if he is going to return every Thursday like he's supposed to he said he laughed and said if he remembers. This is a crime we have to live this way.

Sam was quick to reply saying when he could be there He called again when arriving. We spoke of some issues spots and he said he'd take care of them. After finishing up,he called explaining all he did. I feel he went above and beyond to get these issues resolved. Thanks again.
