Doug is super friendly and prompt with his services. I had an issue with birds stuck in the bathroom vent and was researching for service to remove them without harming them. Doug is very easy to work with affordable pricing compared to other cooperate locations. It happened on a weekend and Doug was still able to come out to help me out. I highly recommend Doug for any animal control services to be handled appropriately and humanely.

The guy/owner (Doug I think) that came to our house for bat control was rude and laughed at us for being afraid. The company claims to be open 24/7 for emergencies but the owner said after an hour or so that he has a big day and that he needs to go to bed. He also arrived to our house with no equipment other than a head lamp and poker which he only walked around our house once and had to be ASKED to check one more time. Charged us $500 for it being at night (meanwhile it was realistically 10:30/11PM). AND he did not catch the bat. We asked if we had to pay to call the next day if we saw it and he laughed and made a sneezy joke. Weird and pompous guy who just wants your money. We ended reaching out to someone else for a much lower rate and they got the bat within 15 minutes!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS I WOULD. Would have liked a partial refund. RIP-OFF.

Doug was quick and easy to work with. I had a skunk that I had trapped and then covered and needed legally removed from my property as it was a nuisance to my dog. He came within a few hours and took it away in the trap. Doug was easy to communicate with and reasonably priced compared to other local services. Note to self: do not trap skunks by yourself in MA as you cannot legally relocate them and need to pay for someone to come and take care of them regardless. Thanks for the quick action Doug!

My landlord used Absolute to remove a family of squirrels that were getting in through the roof. .let me tell you, these little things can be noisy and extremely annoying!! Especially in the AM, and im a person that just DOES NOT do well with critters, of any kind!! Doug did a great job removing them because we haven't heard a squirrel in the ceiling since! Doug is kind and didnt mind answering any of my questions. He seems very skilled at what he does and absolutely solved this issue for us! Would totally recommend his excellent service! 🐿🚫

We've used Doug numerous times over the last 10 years for a variety of issues at properties. He is extremely knowledgable and has always taken care of whatever issues we have had, squirrels, mice, etc. When anyone asks us who we recomend for wildlife, bat, or rodent issues, we refer them to Doug!
