Had a tricky raccoon removal from the attic of our newly purchased home. Ashley was responsive and professional. Was able to repair the roof entry point as well to prevent occurrence and cleaned up the debris for an additional fee. Really appreciated her being able to handle the whole situation.

I was at a loss trying to find a company that would remove a dead skunk from under my sunroom. Once I contacted Ace, I received a return call within a few minutes; Ashley came out the next morning. I thought there was about 2' access under the room but it was more like 6". Naturally, it was in a precarious spot, but she retrieved it, intact. There is still some smell but the humidity & minimal air circulation under the sunroom don't help the situation. If needed, I would use this company again

Ashley came out quickly and assessed my problem with a raccoon family in the roof. She needed to come back several times due to changes in the behavior of the animals. She was so knowledgeable that I felt completely comfortable with her plan which was tricky as I had to go out of town for an emergency. It was a relief to know that she could complete the entire job if needed to cut the roof to extract the babies. Luckily, it seems the family moved on, and she was able to patch up the hole before another tenant moved in! I hope I never need her again- I bet I will though, and I will call her immediately when that happens! Thanks Ashley

Absolutely terrible, they don't communicate and don't do the job you pay for initially, Ashley is very unprofessional, don't waste your money or time!
