Our technician Leland Mullins made the experience hassle free. His professionalism and demeanor were paramount. He was super friendly, answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. Our only issue has been ticks and some random spiders. He worked diligently in extremely hot weather to treat our exterior and yard. He worked with our needs to ensure the safety of our pets and offered insights you can only get from a professional. Thank you Leland for the stellar service. If possible I would request his service with each visit. I recommend this company for their transparency in pricing and for the friendly service.

Cody Tolls came to my house this morning…prompt and perfect timing…he assessed the carpenter ant problems and carefully explained treatments and help managing ongoing issues. I was so very pleased with every part of this experience. When I initially contacted Alamo, Cara did a great job explaining their services and her kindness and details were what I needed to hear. Leland was our exterminator and he was great! He was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of tips and recommendations that I feel really empowered us to make the best decisions. He was also very thorough with applying treatment inside and outside the house, which was a huge relief to see. The pricing felt a little high, but the work was quality.

Richard does a great job and is always so informative about what he's doing and why. Thanks for fighting the mosquito fight! I also had another service today to treat ants and Axel was also great! He went the extra mile to find more ant issues than what I showed him and really took the time to address my concerns.
