Chris stopped by because he was treating my neighbor's place. He explained in detail what was do e and what services Alder could offer. I signed up right away. Logan was my tech, and he was super friendly and easy to talk to. He really took the time to listen to what I needed and made sure everything was done the way I wanted. You can tell he actually cares and takes pride in what he does. He was respectful, thorough, and just made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend Alder—and if you can, ask for Logan! Thanks again Logan!

Update: the owner did file an insurance claim l, but knowing that his driver had to admit fault because he fled the scene even though their witnesses si the claim would be dropped. The driver said he didn’t know there was a wreck even though he crossed the intersection stopped rolled his window looked me in the eye and at the van driver then pulled off, if you didn’t see you caused a wreck why did you stop and look? I wasn’t even trying to get a claim or get financial payments, all I wanted was an apology from the driver and him to be safe because if he did that to me he’ll clip your little kids on bikes. Since that couldn’t happen and personal accountability and honesty aren’t values of this company I’m involving lawyers so the worker in particular understands the severity of lying and fleeing accidents and the company understands an apology and ownership go a long way. If you are in the East Limestone Harvest area I suggest you don’t use this company because their workers are dishonest and will not take accountability. While I was on my motorcycle their technician ran the stop sign on Old Railroad Bed and Orvil Smith and stopped in the road causing traffic to swerve around and blocking my escape path. I had to lay my bike down not to hit the technician and die. The driver crossed the intersection stopped and looked me in the face laying on the ground and then sped off. I contacted the owner, Tanner to try to resolve, he seemed concerned, but then has not responded to me nor my insurance company. I recommend that you do not use their technicians in your neighborhood are a danger. If they will leave a wreck they caused with a person down in the road, if they hit one of your children or pets they will just speed off and not take responsibility. All I wanted was a resolution I didn’t try to get money, I didn’t threaten lawyers or any of that, just wanted accountability and it wasn’t taken.

We are just getting started with Alder pest control service, but so far have been very impressed! Our sales representative, Body, was very nice and explained everything involved with the services and answered all of my questions thoroughly. And our pest control technician, Jacob, was also very thorough, respectful and both had excellent manners which you don’t see very often these days! Anyway, like I said, have been very impressed so far and hope this excellent service continues! Would definitely recommend trying them out!

Mauricio came out and did his job in a timely (but very thorough) manner. He held the utmost respect for the property and was very helpful in explaining what exactly he was doing if we had any questions. Hannah had stopped by on Friday to introduce herself and she was extremely nice and we had an amazing conversation! Today (Saturday) Casey Holmes came out to do the first treatment on my house. She was also incredibly nice, and even though I wasn’t home at the time she communicated with me and left notes to let me know what was done. I walked around my house when I got back and there wasn’t a spider web in sight. Thank you so much!

Alan is always very friendly and helpful. He is great with my dogs and all of the neighbors dogs too. Honestly,I only gave a 5 star review because Alan. Otherwise I would’ve given a 2 maybe a 3 because of the price and the contract.
