Luis and Dan are two very professional and kindhearted and reasonable people to work with. Luis explained their method very precisely and sent Dan immediately He had come prepared so I asked him to do the job for bed bugs right away. Once my bed bugs are eliminated I would love to give them an A+ for all aspects of the job. Good to know such qualities still exist.

I had a great experience with this company. Luis was extremely professional and very accommodating to my current circumstances, which I really appreciated. So far, the treatment has been excellent — I haven’t been bitten since! I feel much more comfortable and relieved knowing the problem has been addressed so thoroughly. Highly recommend. This place does not use cheap watered down chemicals so expect to pay a pretty penny but they get the job done and well.

Luis and team are the best in the game. A few years back, I had a recurring bed bug problem, and after 2 treatments elsewhere called Luis to help me out. He gave me a very reasonable price. They use Apprehend, which works is a much better solution then the chemicals used by other exterminators.

10/10 recommend. I found a bed bug and they were ready to come the very next morning. Literally less than 24 hours later. I had reached out to my building's management company, but they were only willing to use a service that used toxic chemicals, which I can't do because I have a cat. Also, the other company wanted me to put EVERYTHING in bags. Like literally wash every item of clothing - coats, down comforters, rugs, everything. It would've taken me an entire week to do that maybe more. And it would've taken about a thousand dollars and put the dry cleaners at risk, etc. I don't have time for this headache and I'm sure you don't either. And I wouldn't want to put anyone at risk. I told that other company no and I called Luis. That's when Bradley showed up and I didn't have to do ANY of that. All I had to do was remove any bedding. I didn't have to empty my drawers or closets. When Bradley showed up he seemed extremely trustworthy and competent. I explained I had just traveled and he assured me he would take care of my suitcases, my closets, everything. I felt very secure. I left for 4 hours and he did his job. When I got back home I simply put everything back in order. The couch was upside down and the bed was standing up against the wall, nothing else was out of place. My cat was in the bathroom the whole time so he was fine (and what they use is non toxic). And my management company reimbursed me for the cost because LEGALLY THEY HAVE TO. Luis told me not to worry about it, they will reimburse and they did. Thank you guys!

I came home one day last week and saw a little reddish brown bug crawling on my sheet on the bed. Then, much to my surprise Luis looked at the video that I sent him of the bug Moving within the Ziploc bag. Told me, honestly, that he felt that this was a male bag bug who would not be laying eggs. I was so excited, not only by the fact. A male, but by the fact that Luis was so incredibly honest! He told me that we should just keep an eye on things and that I should let him know if I saw anything else. He explained the signs that I should be looking for. Luis was amazing! Anybody else would've taken advantage of the situation. his integrity was admirable and I am so grateful to him. I don't usually write reviews, but this was truly exceptional. I'm very grateful that I found this company. Their mode of treatment is leagues ahead any other companies. The fungal solution is safer and more effective than any other company that relies on chemicals or heat. Additionally, with the fungal solution, you do not have to bag anything and move furniture. The higher price ranges pays for itself due to what you save in prep work and materials. A special shout out to Bradley who was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough throughout the entire process. Only raves for All Out Bed Bug Exterminators!! I would definitely definitely recommend them. This was my first experience with bed bugs, so, of course, was quite anxious about (especially since I have a particularly strong allergic response to the bites). But from the moment I called, Luis immediately had the supportive energy "We've got your back!" He carefully explained how the Aprehend treatment functions and what to expect in terms of timeline. From there, I was lucky enough that his colleague, Danny, was able to come that same day. And also was extremely kind and supportive...knowing there's an emotional component to finding out your home has bed bugs.
