All Safe pest control has the best customer service hands down. The ladies that answer the phones are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. In particular Dorothy and Rebecca helped me above and beyond when I was having issues with my portal and with transferring my service. They did not give up until my situation was resolved and I appreciate their patience and willingness to help. I’ve used this pest service with termite control maintenance now for about 5 years and recently transferred service to my new property and just to name a few techs that have come out to treat my home Gary, Byron and Holden are experienced and knowledgeable in their field. Answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed for asking too many. They take their time making sure all my pest control needs have been addressed and seem to take pride in their work. That’s rare these days. Holden and the techs were kind enough to even wait for me to let my dogs out before I unlocked the gates allowing him access to my backyard. I highly recommend this company for all your pest control management and needs. They even come out to remove a found dead rat and an even wasp nest that formed in between my service months. Top notch A+ good old fashioned customer service! Side note: please don’t forget to extend a kind offer of a cold bottle water to your technician especially working outside in the Texas heat can be brutal. My tech was very appreciative.

These folks have given great service from the day we joined them. We had some concerns with some rodents from a nearby golf course under construction was being done in between our normal service time. They sent out someone without charge to double check the traps and give us further service in addressing any issue which we greatly appreciated. These folks are very professional.

I chose All-Safe Pest because i read all the good reviews, and I can see why they got good reviews. They are up front with the cost and were able to come out the next day and service my house. Both technicians were very thorough. Glad I chose them.

We had our first treatment a few days ago and it went really well. Our tech explained the whole process, materials he was going to use, and what to expect. He was friendly and professional! The company has communicated well and answered all our questions. The cost is reasonable and comparable with other companies in our area.

I have been using allsafe pest and termite company now for years with 100% success. I think in a total of seven or eight years I’ve only noticed an Ant or two here and there, and when I do, Kyle, my Bug guy, comes out and handles it immediately. I have been bug free and Pest free for years with this company. The reason I signed up with them to begin with was for the nontoxic nature of how they treat your home. I have been a customer of All Safe Pest and Termite for almost 2 years, paying for their regular pest program ($43.29/month) and their mosquito program ($117.99/month), totaling $161.28/month. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with their service. Even after repeated treatments, I continued to see a lot of mosquitoes and bugs, which makes me question the effectiveness of their program. When I called customer care to cancel my subscription, I was shocked at how careless they were — they didn’t ask for any explanation, feedback, or even attempt to retain a long-time customer. They simply canceled it without any concern for customer satisfaction. For the amount they charge, I expected professionalism, effective service, and at least basic courtesy from their support team. Sadly, they failed in all aspects. I strongly recommend avoiding All Safe Pest and Termite. Their service is ineffective, overpriced, and their customer care is one of the worst I’ve experienced.

Trevor came by to see what was digging a hole near my foundation. He concluded it ( whatever it is) isn’t making a tunnel but we both suspect it’s the armadillo that has been visiting my lawn! Trevor helped to push dirt back in hole and helped me put temp wire barrier up ( I happened to have) until HOA can implement permanent solution. Appreciate his timely assistance and reassurances. Always appreciate prompt response from All Safe!

All-safe is the best choice for pest control. There team is easy to work with and so kind. Brian is our technician and he is fantastic! He is so thorough and really takes time to make sure everything on your property is covered. He is also very kind and carefully listens to all concerns. Dorothy is also so helpful with set up and is great with answering my way too many questions! I am so happy we found them!

If I could give Jerry more stars I would. He was the most professional and personal tech I have ever dealt with. It really felt like he was treating his own home from the level of care and due diligence he was performing. I cannot recommend him enough and would love to have him as my permanent tech. I will be recommending All Safe to everyone because of him.

I highly recommend All-Safe Pest & Termite. Our technician Hunter N. was very thorough and friendly. He showed up right on time & answered all of my questions. When I called the office before my scheduled appointment, the office staff was very nice & easy to get in contact with.

I had a pest control company for years that I felt did a good job. Come to find out they were not. After an inspection there were termites found in our ground cover and they wanted to charge us an astronomical amount to treat them. I reached out to All-Safe and spoke to Dorthy. She was very informative and responsive to my needs. She set up a treatment schedule and explained everything in detail. Today the technicians came and treated for the first time. I was amazed at the detail and the time spent to address my problem areas. The two technicians were very professional and took time to explain what they were doing. Compared to the company I replaced it was night and day. After they finished I received a report on what was done and how to follow up for any additional needs outside of the scheduled treatments. Over all I was very pleased with what I saw and the two gentlemen that came to my home. I feel like I’m in great hands and I would highly recommend All-Safe if you need pest or termite control.
