Doesn't return messages. When we were finally able to reach them on the phone we were told they were too busy to set an appointment. They had been servicing a home we recently purchased and I would have liked to continue to use them, but they didn't seem to care that we had tried reaching them with no response.

We had Alpine come out to deal with a termite issue last July. About a month ago we had termites show up in the exact spot as before. We scheduled a service for March 20. No one showed up or called. I left a voice mail that was never returned. I called again 3 business days later and was told someone would get back to me by the next day. I never heard back and called repeatedly the next week and only got their voicemail. Today, I finally got a very nice person on the phone who told me she would make sure that someone called. Rick called and told me to call someone else, that there is no guarantee for any spot treatment, and they weren’t coming back to address the problem. I’d heard good things about them and am very disappointed in their customer service and the way they fail to back up their work. Needless to say we will never use again and absolutely do not recommend them. In response to your reply: 1. I never refused a full house service; I was told the treatment provided was sufficient to address the problem, and at the time was very happy to learn it was a simple procedure to eradicate the termites. 2. Your reply doesn't address the no-show appointment, the failure to return phone calls, and the rudeness of the technician when he finally, as he said, was "made" to call me. 3. I never asked for a free follow-up treatment. I was more than willing to pay, but your technician told me flatly he wasn't coming back out, and to find someone else. THAT is when I asked if Alpine didn't stand behind your work. The narrative that I refused a full house treatment and demanded a free follow-up is a false one. I have discussed this with your office staff and they are well aware that this is not the case. Maybe you should find out the real reason the technician refused provide any further service to my husband and me. I'd like to know myself.

I have used this company for 15 years and always had nothing but favorable experiences. They are a pleasure to deal with. The techs who come to my home are thorough and personable. I have never had a problem with this company.

We are completely satisfied with the service and professionalism of Alpine Exterminating. Ben is always prompt, courteous (and inconspicuous), and we no longer have issues with pests of any kind. We would strongly recommend this company to anyone!

This business never calls prior to their treatment. They said they treated our property in Hiawassee but the centracon bait containers had broken lids. Dirt was covering parts od the lid.
