Chase was wonderful help! He was kind & easy to talk to. He understood my struggle with stink bugs. He offered solutions to resolve my problem & got some scheduled to cone out in less than a week. He also said he personally would follow up with me to see if the service was working. He is a great customer service representative for your company I’m very thankful he is helping me. Good experience setting up a plan to treat my yard. Alex was right on the scheduled time and took the time to get my yard taken care of. He was also very thorough in explaining what he did and what I should expect moving forward. Much better experience with Alta than with the last pest control company.

Joe was our sales consultant and was very thorough and transparent. He did not try to sell us on anything we didn’t need. We have rodents in the attic area and he could have told us it was much worse than it was. He save us a whole lot of money. He scheduled the covering of the entry points he found for the next day. The crew that came in was very professional and insured that all of the possible points of entry were covered. I can’t say enough about Atla Pest Control. One thing we had to do was sign-up for monthly pest control. How ever, if they do as good a job with monthly maintenance as they have so far we made a great choice. I would definitely recommend Atla Pest Control for any of your pest needs. The gentleman that called to set up monthly service was very professional and nice. You can’t go wrong with Alta!

Update: Their "solution" was to have someone contact me and give me a whole lecture on their procedures and tell me how it is accurate for the additional charge even though it was never stated to me about anything when speaking to several service members when trying to get my re-service properly done. After spending several minutes on the phone listening to her reasons to cover their butts she asked how I would like to proceed and I told them I wanted to cancel because I was done with this company. Then proceeded to tell me I couldn't use the credit on my account for that and it would be $169. It took me arguing over the phone for her to actually let me use my own credit on my account to cover part of the cancellation costs. Don't waste your time or money. Go with someone else if you want to control pests. Original Post: I’ve given this company far more chances than they deserve. It took five separate visits before my service was actually completed correctly. 1st Appointment: Rescheduled by the company. 2nd Appointment (9/30/25): They performed an “outdoor package” only—nothing inside the home—despite the contract including indoor treatment. Within a week, my family was being attacked by mosquitoes outside again. 3rd Appointment: Rescheduled again after I reached out for a re-service that was supposed to be covered under the contract. 4th Appointment: The technician arrived while I was mowing and said the treatment would be “ineffective” due to mowing—something that was never mentioned before I signed up. (Had I known this, I never would have agreed, since mowing is a regular part of yard upkeep.) He even admitted he’d get in trouble for canceling services, so he sprayed just two trees and said he’d reschedule. 5th Appointment (10/27/25): They finally came back and spent less than 12 minutes performing what was supposed to be a “full” treatment. Then came the worst part—billing. I was charged for this visit even though it was clearly a re-service from September. When I called to ask why, they said it was “the next month” and therefore had to be billed as a new service. I’ve now spoken with three customer service reps, and each time they’ve offered something different: First rep – “Sorry, no refund.” Second rep – Offered a half-credit toward future services. Third rep – Offered a credit only if I stayed with the company and said if I canceled, I’d lose that credit and be charged a $169 “discount fee” from my first treatment. For reference, they claim their original price is $249/month for the outdoor package, which is outrageous compared to Orkin and other companies that charge just over $100/month for a full indoor/outdoor plan. My contract runs from April through September, yet they billed me in October due to their repeated rescheduling and failure to complete the service properly. This company has been nothing but inconsistent, unprofessional, and misleading about their pricing and service terms. Don’t waste your money—go with a company that delivers what they promise.

I just had my first visit and Logan Blackmer ID # 5705 did an amazing job. Definitely 10/10. Super respectful, helpful, and went above and beyond. To listen and answer all my questions. Very kind professional hard worker. I hope this company appreciates his dedication and hard work.

Great customer service with Josh. He was helpful and professional when I talked to him to reschedule my Inspector as I could not wait any longer. Unfortunately I am still having rodent issues after. Several treatments from Alta Pest control. Not sure of this company is able to deal with rodent issues.

Aaron Oliver went above and beyond with his communication. The time frame was different from what I expected, so my neighbor came over to let him in to do an inside service for the outrageous ladybugs. He was very respectful of my property, and I would welcome him again. By far the most respectful and professional tech I have had come to my home, and I have been a customer for years.
