    In response to Owner's comment: I've already discussed this situation with Carter from your customer service team, who was supposed to escalate it to the higher ups. I am still waiting for a call back. You can claim that your techs are trained to follow treatment protocols, and that your products are safe "when applied correctly", but in this case, your tech trespassed into a yard which was clearly marked with a sign indicating that dogs were in it and, before we could stop him, the tech proceeded to spray the product within 4 feet of my dogs, in spite of the fact that the dogs were on my side porch, barking at him. He also sprayed the product on my herbs and vegetables. Per the Demand Product Safety Data Sheet, the product should not be applied near pets or on edible crops. Using the product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling appears to be a violation of Federal Law. Your claim that your products are safe "when applied correctly" seems moot here, as it does not appear that the product was "applied correctly". Should you wish to discuss this further, call Carter, as he has all my contact info. Next door neighbor hired them. We do not use pesticides in our yard that kill bees and pollinators, which is what their Demand product does. Their tech trespassed into our yard, in spite of a sign indicating that dogs were in yard, to spray the side of our neighbor's house with the Demand spray while our dogs were outside and he also sprayed our herb and vegetable garden with the toxic spray. Definitely in violation of the label application instructions, which state that product should not be used near pets or applied to edible plantings. Everyone should be aware of what these companies are spraying on their properties.

    The tech I spoke with was very nice and personal. Great conversationalist, with interest at heart. He was very helpful, and wore a big smile. He was very informative, and knowledgeable about his work. I hope he goes far in his career. Thank you!

    It is 8:51 PM, and a dude in an Alta shirt just rapped on our door. Trying to make a sale at this time is strange, but making an unsolicited attempt at one by knocking on our front door at this time is ridiculous. What are you guys thinking? He alarmed the whole house. Watch the video - you can probably hear my son scream. On a Segway, no reflectors, walking right up to doors at night. Some might not be as gracious as me.

    The tech today was very thorough and I felt like I was a valued customer. The last tech was here and gone so quick I don't feel like he did a complete job today was the type of service I expect.

    Wishing I could leave 0 stars. This company is the worst. They charge an insane amount of money MONTHLY for a QUARTERLY service. We were told when we signed up that if we had to schedule a reservice more than 3 times, they would allow us out of our contract because it clearly just isn't working. I've had these people out to my house monthly since we signed up, at times multiple times a month and we still have issues. Their technician left a nest he swatted down just laying in our yard and we have small children. The nest was still active and my wife was actually stung as a result of this, and had a major allergic reaction. They do not work at all with scheduling preferences, even when it involves coming into your home, which is insane because who can put their day on hold for a freaking 30 minute pest control appointment ? Even after I called to complain they were unable to allow me to schedule for a time range like "first thing in that AM" or "late in the evening". They were also extremely condescending on the phone with my wife. This company does not care about their customers and clearly like to profit off their cancellations. I would never recommend them to anyone and will in fact tell friends and family to steer clear from this company. As a business owner myself I can say the way this company conducts business is shameful and embarrassing.

    My technician today took the time to walk me through what he knew he could do despite it being a rainy day, and made sure to schedule the spray treatment for a different day where it wouldn't get washed off by storm water. I really appreciate the thoroughness!

    They can’t seems to stop the pests… I tried cancelling and they won’t let me. They call all the time to ask to send out a salesman. I’m over this company and would highly recommend to get someone else

    Just had Nick Bergstrom and Yancy Harris out here for an attic exclusion. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They walked me around house to show me all the work that was done to prevent any wildlife/rodents from entering my home. I highly recommend this company and these two gentlemen for their thorough work and attention to detail. Thank you!

    Hunter came out to help with a flea issue and provide exemplary service. He was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. If his boss reads this, PLEASE give this man a raise!

    I am so sick of this company. Wish I could give them ZERO stars. I called them multiple times to cancel. First time they told me I couldn’t do a future cancel and I’d have to call back the next month to cancel after my contract was up. I got stuck in a year contract paying for nothing to even work. I called back and told them their service didn’t work and I wanted to cancel. The woman said she will send out someone to do extra treatments for free. I told her that’s fine, but DO NOT charge me again unless I say it’s ok to resume. She said ok. I repeated to her multiple times and made sure we were on the same page and she stated we were. This was in JUNE, we are now in OCTOBER and I’ve been charged every month since then. This company is a scam. They take your money, won’t let you go & I have not even seen less bugs or no bugs. Literally no difference from when they started. This is ridiculous & don’t sign up with them & get stuck paying all this damn money for them to rip you off, not mean what they say and a service that doesn’t work.

    Updating my review after a few months. The customer service is not up to par. The appointments for treatments are not made with consideration of homeowners schedules—which is something I stated was a concern of ours before committing. Decided to try a Saturday appointment to be able to have the inside of the home treated (as this is part of our service and the cooler weather is bringing in spiders). 9am-1pm time frame given. It is currently 1:40pm. Main offices are closed. Are we expected to waste our entire Saturday on their account? This is not the first issue we’ve had with them. We continue to have issues within and around our new construction home with pests that should be addressed with the services provided. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. We have had a great experience so far with Alta! Courteous, honest, professional, and relatable people working for this company. Very respectful of us and our home. Can truly tell they want to ensure their work is doing what it’s supposed to, not just here to sign on more clientele or collect their paychecks.
