Dontrell Marshal did an excellent job with our exterior pest control service. He was punctual, polite, and very thorough — taking the time to carefully inspect and service all areas around the home. He also checked all of our mice base stations to ensure they were properly placed and functioning. I appreciated how clearly he explained what he was doing and what to watch for between visits. Unexpectedly, I woke up to find a bird trapped in my heating vent. After several calls to other companies without success, I contacted AAC. They responded immediately, came out, and removed the bird. They also installed a chimney cap to prevent this from happening again. From beginning to end, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company if you ever face a similar problem!

AAC was fabulous. John took my call and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to dispatch Jeremy the very next day to take care of my bee infestation and within 24 hours, the problem was resolved. Prices were very reasonable as well.
