The service was beyond exceptional. Very efficient. Informative. And overall reassuring. Knowing that my pest issue is in great hands and extremely reliable gives me a peace of mind. What else can a home owner ask for? I was referred and will definitely being referring others to Aptive Pest Control.

Michael was awesome! He arrived, asked me if there were any specific bugs I was concerned, then made some suggestions. I let him do his thing and he was in and out like a pro. Sent me a recap of what he did and some photos of the areas he focused on. We’ve seen less critters since we started our service a year ago and we are SO happy!

I had services done at my home as recent as two days ago and these pictures were taken last night and this morning. Why are these guys still running (quite quickly) around my back door? I need to know. Why? My yard was done my back porch was done. So I’m feeling kinda scammed here. But the service people were very very polite and professional, no complaints towards them. But the products aren’t working!

You tell me how many stars I should give to you after this morning’s service? This is the second service I received since I signed the contract on June 13,2025Those webs either had been cleaned from the initial service or they’re new after the initial last service. Am I satisfied? Definitely NOT! So disappointed!

The technicians are very thorough and document photos of what they do during the service. They text me so I can let them know what areas they need to pay special attention to. I used to have Corky's and I'm so glad I switched to Aptive. They do so much more for the money, ants, webbs, spiders and I have the rodent boxes. I highly recommend!
