Above all, this company is very annoying and such a nuisance. They schedule appointments very close together to get you to spend more money. Then, you are in charge of rescheduling them. Not long after, another appointment will come up. I tried to cancel due to dissatisfaction and they make it extremely hard. You cannot break your contract even though they are not holding up their end of performance. Very expensive. Go to someone local.

No local phone number, call center NO customer service. I want to cancel their service, they will not cancel unless I provide my bank checking account number. Over 20 minutes on hold twice, was told that is the only way to cancel. Received a reply from aptive social media. Allowed cancellation and follow up email confirmation. “The squeaky wheel does get the grease” frustrating, the case has been resolved, for that I award 3 stars.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM We adopted a stray cat who had some fleas. We got flea treatment for the cat, washed everything in the house, put down flea powder, vacuumed extensively, etc. But just to be extra sure we got them all, I called Aptive to schedule a spray. The salesmen screwed us. I made it very clear this was just an extra precaution, no real flea problem. He said he would do $99 for the first spray and $59 for another spray a month later. I confirmed with him MULTIPLE TIMES that the total "cost at the ned of the day would $158", he confirmed again and again. When the exterminator arrived he said the contract at that prices was for a year of sprays - 1 spray/month for $59. At no point did the salesmen ever mention this. I had to pay $299 for a 1 time spray. Absolute scam of place. Go anywhere else, they do not care about your needs, they just want your money.

I am a current customer of Aptive. I switched from Terminix to Aptive at the advice of a family member who said their service is more comprehensive. While that seems true and they are comparably priced, I will be canceling my service as soon as I am out of contract with this company and due to their dishonest, predatory business practices. If you sign a contract with them, you MUST track how frequently they come. A standard contract sold by one of their sales reps is for four services a year. They will absolutely try to squeeze in additional services if you are not vigilant in tracking them.

James was nice and did some good treatment around the house. However, there were still lots of cobwebs on almost every window frame, the outdoor lights around the garages and also the garage door. We’d expect to have them removed by Aptive soon.

I have had service for a year now. Every time they come they send pics of where they treated. I don’t see a difference in treatment. One place they say they spray every time is around my locust trees. I not only have ants all over the trees but when I pull back the rock border there are nests behind almost every rock. I have told them about it and they say sometimes it takes a bit to work. I think a year is enough time to work. The workers are all polite and respectful. The service just did nothing for me.
