Absolute worst company. They broke my familie water pipes, damaged the property, flooded our yard, and just left without fixing anything. We have called and called for resolution to our broken water pipes, and they ignore our phone calls and messages. They said they have a legal team to help us with the repair, but we don’t believe that either. They are irresponsible, destructive, negligent, and harmful to your homes. So far, destruction of property, poor service, abysmal management and communication.

I would like to commend Camryn, he was very attentive and professional, beyond his responsibility. He did call us when he found the front door inadvertently left open while no one was home, he called to ask if it was OK for him to close. He provided report and photos of the pest control service provided. A great service over all. Very happy with results and Camryn actions. Keep up the good work Camryn!

Every pest control technician I’ve had through Aptive has been very professional and flexible with my schedule. Seth is the best pest control technician my family has had the pleasure of receiving services! He took the time to spray our entire backyard, front yard, driveway, and brushed along the exterior of the house. He really took his time and we are very thankful for that!

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. IF I WOULD'VE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I WOULDN'T BE WRITING THIS. So they treat you like a sale. Talking all that talk about how they can do better than the active pest control but they didn't do anything. Said the services will get rid of the ant pile outside and the spiders in the garage and outside the door. They said I had to pay 50.00 and then if I decide to cancel they will charge 199.00 the cancel days are 3 days. I told dude how can I know if your services work within 3 days. He said he's going to make sure those poles are gone and the spiders. My appointment was 1 day later I came back home after he left. EVERYTHING THAT WAS THERE WHEN WE TALKED WAS STILL THERE!!! THEN THEY TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR CANCELLING FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NOT DONE.

Desmond is 10 out of 10! He provided services today and was amazing! I had a concern I asked to be taken care of and not only did he take care of everything but sent pictures of services provided and made sure to take care of my home and guard against unwanted pests. He was professional, polite, and provided great customer service!
