The service person was very nice and professional. He gave me a summary of what he was going to do and did it as he stated. He spent extra time wiping out the cobwebs off the Lani screens which I have really appreciate. My previous company wouldn’t even touch it. So far, I’m very happy with the service.

The company is great I've actually used Aptive for a couple of years now. They are thurough and professional. They are actually really wonderful at communication for scheduling and such as well. They also carry insurance to cover trees and shrubs so they can take care of those areas as well, where as other companies will not.

Tech failed to address all the spider webs. I shouldn't have to call for a reservice the same day of my original service. I'm going to have my attorney deal with this. They are treating to charge me an early cancelation fee. My payments are always available when they draft from my account which means I'm holding up to my obligations for the contract. By the way they bought out the company I actually had the contract with. I have had to call for a reservice every time they have come out. They had to send three people to my house before they actually fulfilled their duty. Today I received a text stating the tech would be arriving in about 30 minutes. I arrived home maybe 40 to 45 minutes after that text. The tech was gone and my light fixtures and doorways were still covered with spider webs. I've had to go the legal route with another pest control company and here we go again. This will cost them alot more than a refund and cancelation fee.

Sales rep was very knowledgeable and sold me on a great package. I used to do pest control so I know. They came and treated the next day very fast service even had photos

Even after showing agent what wasn’t done on last service that is normally done, a sloppy attempt was made and he left without saying he was done. Definitely overpriced for services performed last few times but they get paid monthly like clock work.
