Chase the Tech was super friendly and knowledgeable especially about spiders! I asked if one of the big spiders around my house (Jaro) was good, and he said it was - don’t bite and kill lots of mosquitoes (the bain of my existence). He actually got one down from its web and let me hold it. Super cool so we put him/her back in the tree. Very thorough and you can tell he loves his job. Keep him around!!

Troy was exceptionally knowledgeable and explained in detail an issue i was having. He cleaned spider webs off the exterior, spot treated ant hills and sprayed the interior and exterior. He was courteous and polite. I am very pleased with his service. I will try to upload photos.

The person came to service the outside of my home but they were gone very fast so I went outside to check and it doesnt even look like they sprayed the outside of the home properly. It literally looks like they just sprayed a very light sputtering mist on the walls outside instead of on the base of the outside of the home. Literally NO signs of a continued wet line across the front, or back patio areas or around the sides of my house like usual. This has to be one of the worst services I’ve received from this company. They are making me regret switching from termnix to them. I would like someone else to come out and do their jobs properly without being charged for a second visit this month. This is ridiculous for the amount I’m paying. Didn’t even spray around my doors all around. Pictures were taken right after they left. Barely any signs they even sprayed in the first place. And this was when I was home. Now I’m wondering if all the other times they have come to service my home if they even did the full service or their jobs properly, this is very disheartening.

$179 and the guy was there less than 8 minutes. When we asked what was done in the service visit, the guys responded no photos. Called the office and was transferred to a supervisor. When I commented the guy was there for 8 minutes she replied some technicians are faster than others. The guy literally knocked on the door saying d he’d be walking around my property and got in his vehicle and left. A couple of minutes later I get a text from my bank I had been charged $179. No services rendered but charged full price. Highly recommend you not use this company. Some of there techs are great, send photos and communicate with you. Today’s guys… no photos and other than the time he spent talking to me on the front porch, he did NOTHING!!! $170 for 8 minutes… he bills more than my attorney.
