Zion Parker, Pest Technician, was very impressive. Polite, kind, personable, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in understanding and solving our issues. We are unable to pay the price of on-going pest control at this time. Though Zion put great effort into finding a solution which would serve us best. He made us feel comfortable as he explained what Aptive offers which may work for us. There was no pressure from him, only cogent descriptions of the plans available. He remained professional throughout. And his work ethic, unsurpassed. Our spider (etc.) inundations have vanished. We look forward to working with him in the future. This is not an exaggeration when expressing what a valuable employee Aptive has on board. Thanks, Zion; good meeting you.

Terrible service!! I have to call in and request service!! Then I have to call a call center not in the United States!! Salesman said $49.99 a month with monthly service and I said 3 times to the young gentleman I can cancel at anytime and he said yes!! That was a complete lie!! I have a contract that is a 12 month contract that u cannot cancel!!! Make it make sense!!! Still have cobwebs, spiders and other bugs with their special solution?!? Then they tell me that there is no number in Iowa for me to contact?!? Then Andre the manager told me I have to pay the remaining balance and he will not cancel my account and not provide service and not cancel my contract because it’s against company policy?!? How do I have a contract without services rendered and not one person in the United States that can help me?!?

I really like Chris. He's a very nice person and very attentive to every concern and request for treating particular areas. He is considerate of my floors and always wears the boot covers. I just hope I can continue to have him service my home.

We have had great people come out to do pest control, very friendly people and seem to have done a great job. The only thing that I have is when we originally signed the contract, he said that during the winter time they take care of mice and so I thought that was included in the original price but today when I asked if they could treat for mice since fall is coming and the farmers are combining the fields so he said for an additional $10 a month they could put out traps. I just thought that was included in the original price. Justin did a great job though he was a nice guy very friendly and he appeared to have done a great job.

The service was good however our back gate was left wide open and my husband let our 3 little dogs out and 3 minutes later he is out front herding dogs. This is the first time one of the Aptive guys have left it open. We will for sure check future visits but please ensure you close doors behind you.
