I have used Arrow Exterminators for several years. They have ensured my home is insect-free with such precision. But most importantly they have always operated with professionalism and with the mindset of treating their clients extremely well. I value their holistic approach of providing excellent product delivery and customer service.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Trenton from Arrow Exterminators. He’s always punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough in his work. Trenton takes the time to explain what he’s doing and is happy to answer any questions we have, which really puts us at ease. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about keeping our home pest-free. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service!

Love my technician (Frank Mayo). He's super dependable and responsive, plus a nice guy that I like chit-chatting with. I never have to think/worry about my pest control because Frank/Arrow are on top of it! Once in a while if I have a problem in between quarterly treatments, Frank will come out and take care of it without extra charge.

Arrow had been servicing our home for several years, but we noticed a drop in customer service when our technician changed. We had to pause on service for a month for personal reasons for an environmental test to determine a severe allergy. When we resumed the following month, we thought all was fine. 2 months later the technician hounded us to set up another appointment and we continued to state that we would just wait until the next month to stay on the quarterly schedule. This apparently was not possible. I had noticed a few times over the years where they would attempt to schedule you early (like very end of the preceding month before your actual service month) and didn't pay any attention until I realized this was also changing the cadence hence over several years, actually getting you to pay for more services than you signed up for. When I brought this up, it was met with hostility and defensiveness. I at that point just threw in the towel, cancelled my service and have been with another pest control company that is cheaper and WAY better service. I would avoid Arrow if you can.

The first visit to my home by Arrow was good. I paid to have the interior and exterior treated. On my final 2 services, which lead to my cancelation, the tech did not spray the exterior. On the final visit, I reminded him that he did not spray the exterior on the previous visit and he stated that he planned to spray the interior of a neighbors home and then he would spray the exterior of both homes. That was a lie and he never sprayed the exterior (two consecutive visits). I completed the post visit feedback, and while the manager apologized, the tech never returned to spray the exterior, nor was I refunded any portion of my bills. This service was completed in August 2024, however the reason I'm writing this feedback now is because I had a neighbor that was considering engaging Arrow and I was reminded to write my feedback. I would never recommend their services. Poor customer service and dishonest business practices.

Dishonest and disappointing service experience! I’m writing this review to make Arrow Exterminators’ leadership, existing customers, and potential customers aware of a very poor experience we had with a recent service technician. We’ve been loyal customers since moving to the area and have always worked with Mr. Ken, who has been nothing short of amazing—professional, thorough, and trustworthy. Unfortunately, during his absence, a different technician was sent to our home, and the experience was the complete opposite. Our cameras caught the technician sitting in his truck across the street for quite a while without getting out. When he finally did, he briefly walked around the house, barely glanced at the property, and appeared to be leaving without ever performing the service. My wife stopped him before he left, and only then did he admit he hadn’t done anything—claiming he had a bad experience with another client’s dog and was scared. While we understand safety concerns, his lack of communication and attempt to leave without even notifying us was dishonest and unprofessional. It left us questioning whether he ever intended to complete the service at all. We truly value Arrow Exterminators because of professionals like Ken, but we do not want this technician returning to our property. Leadership should be aware of how this reflects on the company’s integrity and reputation.

It’s a shame the “service” offered nowadays. I had a sales man come out to discuss the details of the Arrow exclusion package. The guy went on and on about how the package includes NEW vents, NEW crawl space door, and sealing the roof. Instead, they duct tape my house together…throwing wire mesh everywhere and gobbing on silicon for $2000. Leaving the same piece of plywood that was covering the crawl space, now with scraps of galvanized metal!? All the vents are original with wire mesh added to the outside (no big deal), but that’s not what was advertised. Now they want to charge an additional $300 to install a crawl space door, because “the sales guys didn’t include it in the contract”. What kind of reliable exclusion leaves an obvious weak spot? And guess what… Their “warranty service visits” mean nothing. I opened the crawl space plywood yesterday to discover two decomposed chipmunks!! So their service guys haven’t actually checked the crawl space during their visits. Which leads me to believe they didn’t properly seal the roof line either. So, after a quick check, the roof has missing spots of Z-metal…just corrupt all around!

I had the best experience with this pest control company! Vanessa assisted us with a WDO letter and termite treatment, and she was absolutely incredible. She was super communicative, walked us through every step of the process, and made sure we knew exactly what to do. Her professionalism and attention to detail gave me so much confidence throughout the entire experience. From start to finish, it was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be requesting Vanessa for any future services—she’s the best!
