How does this company market themselves? An unmarked van drops off super pushy sales reps, just like this one, to travel neighborhoods with their company owned Segway scooters. They knock at doors, ignoring NO SOLICITING signs, to lie to you. How do they lie to you? They tell you your neighbors use them and sent them your way to see if you’d be interested. When you say no, they change their story. They tell you something else to try and get you to listen. “Actually, we were just around the area and we found your house had some signs of needed pest control.” Or, as one neighbor admitted, they will tell you that they have a package for you. When you say, “I am not expecting a package”, they lie yet again and continue on with their next spiel. Bottom line, a good company is not going to hide to gain your business. A good company is not going to lie to gain your business, and use your neighbors as an excuse to do it. A good company is not going to solicit right past NO SOLICITING signs. If you see these folks swarming your neighborhood or surrounding neighborhoods, where soliciting is clearly not allowed… call the cops so they can give them the same hassle they’re giving you. They do shotty work and the reviews that are truthful seem oddly shuttered out by five star, perfectly worded (almost AI) baseless reviews with no photos, from likely company associates, friends, and family of those who work there. I wouldn’t be surprised if the sales people are so pushy because they make a commission. Have you seen the amount of posts online about how annoying the sales reps from this company are when they go door to door selling snake oil? Listen to the cops which have been called on you multiple times and listen to your credible one star reviews. Cut it out already.

Just signed up for a one year contract with Aruza Pest Control. The price was right and they gave me a $250 discount to start. My Tech texted me when they were on the way and I was greeted by Marco when he arrived. Marco was very informative about my current insect application and very polite. They have been an absolutely wonderful pest control company to work with. On their most recent service of our house Adam Woods, service tech, went above and beyond. He checked the house thoroughly, finding additional issues we didn't know were there, taking extra care to ensure our house had been fully debugged. We greatly appreciate his professionalism.

I was with Spire Pest Control and Arthur was my technician. Then they became Aruza Pest Control and his route was changed. Two different months I had some other technician. Both times I felt they did not do a thorough job at our home. We decided to cancel the service and do it ourselves. Due to unforeseen circumstances, that didn't work out as planned. I called Aruza Pest Control and requested to start up service again. Gabriel was sent out. He did an excellent job. The next month came and his route was changed. I thought, "Oh no, here we go again." Luckily, the technician they sent out was Arthur. I was extremely happy to have him servicing our home again. I sure hope the company does not change his route. He is professional and friendly and extremely thorough. I appreciate his knowledge and desire to make our home pest free!!!
