My tenants had a mice issue this past winter. I HIGHLY recommend this company for their upfront honesty unlike other Pest Control Companies recommending a subscription service. I was using old bait traps and realized I needed help. They gave tenants important info about eliminating food source, sealing off entry points and setting up bait boxes. The 3 month warranty is up and they will make their next of 3 visits to assess situation. Joe was the technician, was knowledgeable and went beyond expectations.

I barely ever write reviews, and I was not asked to for this, but the visit I just had by DJ at B&B Pest Control deserved one big time. I don't think I have ever hired anyone from any company that was as polite, knowledgeable, and as thorough as DJ was. Using B&B once previously before, I knew they'd do a great job with my mouse problem, but DJ treated the job as if it was there first time here (and even found a few places that were missed previously). With my worries about our newborn and our dog, he put my mind at ease in taking the time to explain what types of products they use and exactly where he would put them. These are the types of workers every company should strive to hire and keep on staff. Even though I hope to never have a mouse problem again, if I do, I will absolutely be requesting DJ next time. This man takes pride in his work and it shows.

I cannot say enough about their services. We were having a mouse problem in our house last year and Louise came over and serviced our home. I am a person who has severe health anxiety and I am also a clean freak, so when I seen signs of rodent activity in my home I panicked. They filled all entry points, set up bait stations, and gave amazing advice on how to handle the situation. After they came, we didn’t see any rodent activity for over a year. I recently needed to have my stove fixed, so we took it out of the wall and droppings were behind there. I instantly panicked again but did not even think twice about who I was going to call to fix the problem. I contacted B&B Pest Control and they scheduled me right away. I really like that they sent Louise again because he was familiar with myself and our home. I can’t thank him enough. He did a thorough inspection of our home from both the outside and inside, sealed up all holes and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. If you are looking for quality services and for a company who actually takes your concerns seriously, and takes the time to listen to somebody like myself in a full blown panic mode— this company is the way to go!
