    Ryan from Batzner is an exceptionally superb technician! He always calls when he is on his way to the property, detailing exactly what the service entails for the visit. This is so appreciated and allows me to ask any questions or relay any potential problems that concern me. It’s this willingness to communicate and listen that sets Ryan apart. He is always happy to explain in detail and offer any options that I may want to consider. And all communication is handled in a friendly, professional manner. Many times he has provided post-service phone calls to explain his findings, the treatments applied, and recommendations. I’ve been a Batzner customer for many years, and Ryan stands out as an exemplary employee and one of their very best. He represents the best in client service, and he is the reason I remain a Batzner customer.

    Jeremy came to my home today and he is an absolute amazing employee and represents Batzner with professionalism, integrity and care! He is helpful and informative and does not miss a detail in assuring I will remain pest free. Jeremy does a report after visit and touches each part of my outside to assure we block any pests from entering in. I would recommend Jeremy and Batzner as a positive great experience!     Highly recommend! We have the monthly service. Any time we see a problem, we call and they come out. Very reasonable lead-time. We’ve had ants, bees, spiders, etc. Never an issue. We also have mosquito service. Chris has been awesome! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Clearly you train your staff well.

    Matt was great. Communicated the day before and on his way to my home to make sure I was home. Asked if I had any concerns. Made sure that he addressed everything. Was professional friendly and I’m happy with his service.

    We had a fantastic experience with our pest control technician, Scott! He arrived right on time, was very professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. From the moment he showed up, he made us feel comfortable and taken care of. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why, which really helped us understand how the treatment worked. What stood out most was how much attention to detail he gave—he didn’t just spray and leave. He made sure every part of our home was covered and took extra steps to ensure the job was done thoroughly. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond what’s expected. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, effective, and personable pest control service! Scott was Great!!!!!

    I spoke with Lynn on the phone th schedule and appointment. She has to be one of the most positive and happy people I've delt with on a phone call. I appreciate her efforts to demonstrate a positive and caring attitude. My service tech Marvin is also super kind and very respectful. Not all techs and internal employees are the same and these 2 really demonstrate what customer service is all about. Super fortunate to work with them.

    Was a long time customer of Batzner. Company went way south when they were acquired by another company. Had them at current home for last 4 years. Technicians always told us we had no problems on their follow ups. Yesterday, guy told us we had a mouse problem and they could fix it for $9,000!!!!! Call to supervisors today and they basically told us “too bad, nothing wrong on our end”. Needless to say, our money will be going to a new company. Save your money, use somebody else. Price is like $40/month

    I was mislead to think my house was sealed up after being quoted at over $1800 for 2 problem areas. The work was done. (However they didint even do all the work, we had to have them come back because they didnt do the 2nd problem area) I was told they would come back to confirm no activity, and i scheduled another inspector again, after being on the phone with a lady for about 45 minutes, just trying to get someone out scheduled for a follow up. The schedulibg person kept saying you dont need another inspector you just need a technician, i told her i dont know who is supposed to come, im just calling to schedule a person to come out and do the follow up, like they said to. A 2nd inspector came anyways, looked at the house, advised there were problem areas all around the house and in my attic and quoted me at over $10,000 and this was AFTER THEY DID THE WORK for the 2 problem areas. He noted activity right where the work was just done! Same company two different inspectors. I was told 2 problem areas, no activity in the attic by the first inspector and technician. 2nd inspector - activty all around your house and activity in your attic. I called or my husband called multiple times, no one would call me back to explain why on the same house, about 2 weeks apart, why two inspectors from the same company would have such different findings. After calling multiple times, a manager called me. He basically said its 2 separate quotes and what do you want me to do. I said I didn't ask for anything different at either inspection, why 2 weeks apart, after the work was done on the 2 problem areas is a 2nd inspector from your company have such different reports. He told me the inspectors would call me Monday and he would talk to them. I told him i didnt need them to call me i needed them to work out their issues to make sure the company is being thorough and consistent so people arent paying a price and then finding out their house isnt even fully sealed up anyways after paying close to $2000. One of the inspectors called me summed it up to the other guy has more sales in spray foam and hes more about making sure the house has warranty so it remains good. This leads me to believe its all about sales, not actually quality work. I asked if he had a number for a manager that could actually talk over these discrepancies and he said no just this residential guy (who didnt help). I feel like either the first inspector did not try or the 2nd was trying to swindle us for more $. I feel i was deceived into thinking if i paid the $1800+ quote my house would be sealed up. When i addressed the discrepancies in the same companies inspections, i had to call over and over again to talk to a manager just to be told what am i supposed to do. They didnt make it right and come back and seal the areas. They apparently addressed it with the inspectors over a month later after i begged them to do something so this doesnt happen again. I also went with the year long spraying for pests and because i feel they arent a honest or competent company, i will be calling to pay my bill and cancel my services. I would suggest everyone goes elsewhere because either you pay $1800+ to have your house somewhat sealed up or you might pay a huge and possibly unnecessary bill if you get the wrong guy whos just trying to keep his sales numbers up.

    We started using Batzner early this year and were promised unlimited call-backs included with our regular monthly payment. And we’ve needed them. The first guy that came out seemed to be in a hurry to get anywhere else and didn’t give the areas we specifically requested attention for, any attention at all. We called back and requested someone else. That person came when it was pouring rain out. Didn’t do much good. So, we called back again and asked to reschedule. That day came and went. I called to find out why our scheduled appointment wasn’t kept and was told that someone came. (No they didn’t.) At 8:20 that morning. (Nope.) And that they had been there already. (Not even a little bit.) I reviewed all of our video footage for the past 24 hours. No one in sight. Every time we reschedule, we’re at least another week out. So, now we wait. In the mean time? You guessed it! Bugs to deal with! Sloppy job, dishonest employees and poor service. Find a different company. I am.

    Suspected Vole (uncommon INside) and mice due to sightings of vole and droppings in basement. Spoke with Ian who handles our hornet/wasp outside maintenance and he was great!! Quickly referred us to area inspector Scott (came out for massive yellow jacket hive in garage many years ago) and who was able to come out on short notice Wednesday. Scott was amazing. Showed us breaches where he suspected mice were getting in and scheduled to have technician come and resolve. A little glitch by ppl scheduling and once again, Ian to the rescue!! Worked us into his day and within a few minutes, had trapped the vole!! Took care of a few major gaps and will be returning with Scott next week to continue servicing our home. Sooo relieved and so extremely happy with the prompt arrangement and service by Ian and Scott’s knowledge and professionalism. Would recommend these two for resolve of any pest issues. Thanks guys! Great job!

    We are so happy with our decision to have batzner take care of pest control maintenance as well as checking things over for any mice activity. Chris was phenomenal-super friendly and the utmost professional. I have had batzner take care of me in years past and have always been happy with their results.

    I had Ian out tonight for a follow up after our initial appointment with a different tech. To say he knocked it out of the park would be an understatement. He went the extra mile to make sure that all of our concerns were not only heard, but were also addressed. I could not be more pleased with the level of service he provided. I was so disappointed with the initial appointment that I was ready to cancel my service after only a week. His attention to detail and willingness to leave no stone unturned absolutely wowed me and completely restored my faith in Batzner. This guy deserves a raise.

    We used to be loyal Batzner customers who were happy with the services received. However, for the past year Batzner has failed to offer us any services. They do not spray our home or monitor any base stations. Instead, they just take $55 a month for doing literally nothing. We couldn’t be more dissatisfied, and frankly, angry at this utter failure. Meeting with the manager brought about no change. We urge anyone considering a contract with Batzner to look elsewhere.

    Review specific for Matt-came for interior and exterior fall treatment. Absolutely pleasant, kind and responsive to what we were experiencing. He was one of the most thorough and respectful employees you have. Please make sure to recognize him accordingly, he would be the only reason we are keeping service through this company as things have honestly not been otherwise going too well with your services. Appreciate the thorough work from Matt!
