Beacon Pest has been absolutely amazing! Lisa is kind, courteous, and took the time to explain how and why services work on our initial call. There was a scheduling mishap on our second service and she took care of it efficiently and went above and beyond. We have had Brandon and Bryant service our home. They were both kind, patient, and promptly on time. Brandon was friendly and personable, and was happy to answer questions. Bryant also took time to answer every single one of questions, even though we asked what felt like a million. He explained things so well and helped calm our fears and anxieties over our pest problem. Since our initial and secondary visit we have seen a drastic decrease in bugs. We highly recommend Beacon and will absolutely be continuing ongoing service with them.

5 Stars – Truly Exceptional Service! I highly recommend Beacon Pest Services. After struggling with a persistent German cockroach problem, their team was the only one that delivered real results. They clearly know exactly how these pests get into the home, how they reproduce, and—most importantly—how to eliminate them for good. They used state-of-the-art equipment and professional-grade products. What impressed me most was their thoroughness—they even removed all the electric plates and applied treatments in key problem areas where cockroaches typically hide and breed. The service was top-notch, their communication was outstanding, and the payment process was easy and hassle-free. After trying other pest control companies with no success, Beacon truly stood out. Problem solved!

Lisa in the office has been perfect in communicating effectively and putting my mind at ease when it comes to the unfortunate situation I was facing in my car (bugs are NOT for me). Brandon, the technician, was thorough and candid when it came to explaining how many services I would need. In a world where companies will do anything to take advantage of your wallet, Beacon stands out against them. Initially I was recommended 2-3 services for extermination, but after spraying just once Brandon explained he did not see a need for a second service. I’d rather be safe than sorry though and scheduled a second service. I saw a drastic decrease in activity after the first spray. From exceptional customer service to outstanding results (not to mention the most reasonable price I received when shopping for estimates), Beacon is certainly the pest control company you’d want handling your needs.

Carlos came to my house in October 22, and did an excellent job! I was very impressed! I have used this company for almost two years and am always satisfied. I pay $33 monthly and they come every three months, but have come in between if I have a problem.

Carlos was amazing!! He explained everything to me, asked me all the questions to make sure he had all the stuff he needed to fix the issue we were having . Carlos is very thorough at what he does. Very polite and highly recommended.

I called and spoke with Lindsey, who was wonderful. She spent 20 minutes telling me about what they offer, what it costs and answering my questions. My technician, Mario, came the next day. He was sure to message me a half hour before he arrived, was early and walked me through what he found and how he was treating it. He educated me on the cycle of the bugs and howlong it would take for them to be gone. I've got a few more treatments scheduled so will update if my review changes, but so far it has been a great experience and price wise - very comparable to other services.

After reviewing several pest service companies I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Kipp from Beacon Pest Services. She was very professional, knowledgeable explained the process better than the other companies I had compaird to Beacon, She clearly made a difference in my decision to go with her company. Also a special thanks to Carlos who performed the first service on my home in a timely professional manner. I am looking forward to a long term relationship.

Bryant is amazing! This is his second time I’ve recorded service form him. First time, my Wi-Fi was janky. Now, the I can leave him a review! Please only request him! I’m sure others are good, but he is VERY educated and passionate about what he does. He said minimum 2-3 services even after the 2nd one, but I noticed a complete change after the first time! Thank you, Bryant for not letting me get kicked out by roaches.

We are new to the area and Beacon was recommended by a neighbor. They scheduled service immediately. Lisa in the office was wonderful - she explained everything. They were flexible with what I needed and followed up on everything. Their tech Bryant was just as wonderful.. he was informative and examined everything. I felt like he cared about my home.
