Did not call 30 min. before as stated. He called once he arrived to say he was at the house. Did not get rid of all nests, despite being told where they were. Left sprayed, knocked down hives on my front walkway and on the back patio, knowing we have a dog who goes out there. Also spotted an additional next today that was not treated and is alive and well. I have had to call and complain to request they send someone back out, but apparently this company only has ONE TECH for the whole area. The ONLY upside was that the tech was polite. I am not please at all.

Omar came out to service us today. He was very informative, honest, and diligent. He really took his time and thoroughly checked the exterior of our home and knocked throughout the walls to check any current activities. We are grateful and thankful for his work. The estimate we received was quite higher than other companies around the area though. Would definitely have signed on for the service if the quote wasn’t so high, being close to $3k was quite steep. The warranty and guarantees were fabulous though. Still determining if we should move forward with this particular company though….

This was our first experience with this company and Michael was our tech. He was personable and listened to my concerns. He respected my wish to keep an orb weaver spider and her eggs and to keep that area safe for her. I will update as we go but so far I’m pleased! Their terms were much better than any other company I called!

Per their information left they knocked down spider webs and put out poison to take care of ants. I just had to go behind the bushes in my front yard to put out ant poison and I still see spider webs. I think 2 stars is generous.

We have used Berrett home services for preventive pest control for many years and they are hands down the best!! We keep an annual service with them and I highly recommend doing that, you never have to worry about pest around your home indoor or outdoor. First interaction was with Lucy on the phone. She first provided me with a suggested solution, then went on to detail the services available. Lucy was professional, helpful and very pleasant to speak to. She relayed everything that was going to happen. The only breakdown was that I didn't get the 30 minute call saying I'm on my way, but that was no problem for me because I was expecting him at anytime. William, my technition was pleasant, courteous and helpful with explanations and suggestions. He was efficient and quick. I'd certainly have this company again, and hopefully get William as my service professional.

I used their one time full service and got a reasonable price. Marcos helped me today, and he was awesome. He explained the process to me and answered any questions I had. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
