Don't use them. They spray in the rain. I saw them on my security cameras and called them out. They said they would come back, but never did. Still charged my credit card without my consent.

We hired Best Pest to spray on the outside, in the fall, I wasn’t happy with the results. They came out 3 consecutive months. Spraying took them less than 5 mins, a quick walk around the house, not sure it was adequate. I called after 3rd time and let them know we wanted to cancel. My husband had told them to invoice us and we would pay over the phone each time, apparently they thought it was appropriate to save my card info and run it on their own. Fast forward to March we notice they are in the driveway, we tried to stop them but they had already sprayed around the house (less than 5mins there). Called office and was told that they sprayed so we would be charged. No one called or informed us they were coming, no permission given to spray. Once again they took it upon themselves to run my debit card for a service I didn’t authorize. There were no contacts signed. Poor communication and customer service.

They were supposed to show at 12:00pm today. It is now 1:28pm and still no call no show and no one answers the phone. My husband said she was rude when he verified the appointment yesterday. We have used them for years but have noticed a decline in their service. Don’t bother. Use a company that has good customer service and actually shows up for the job. These peeps don’t need the work or the money. We called another pest company-they have already been here, sprayed inside and out and just left. Still waiting on Best Pest to call or show up. @1:32pm

Last year our pest control with Best wasn’t the best. Lots of spiders on our deck and dropping down from the deck above when we’d sit outside. I almost switched companies. But this year it has been great so far. Noticeably different. Arturo is the name of the tech on the business card that’s left on the door, and I think a different tech has made all the difference. Thanks, Arturo! We can tell you’re doing a thorough job when we’re not here.

Terrible customer service with a very rude office employee on the phone. I checked our door entry records and they never entered our house to treat it but have charged us for it. Never let us know that they were not able to enter the house but did not hesitate to bill us. Tried telling me that treating the inside of the house was not important. Never advised when they were supposedly there.
