Carson was extremely helpful over the phone and getting me on the schedule the same day. Michael was friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable on what needed to be done on an extremely bad wasp situation. I was so thankful for the prompt service as I'm allergic to wasps! I would definitely recommend working with this company. Also very fair prices.

I’ve had 5 different pest control services and this one is by far my favorite. He sprayed areas no one has ever done before. Jordan did amazing and was so pleasant. I’ve always gotten young kids that have sprayed for us but it was the actual owner and an adult. Ha. Made me feel like it was done well!!

Michael was great and professional from the first call to inquire about their services to delivering a great service. I received a text during my service time window with an exact ETA arrival (kuddos for that in this industry). Michael went above and beyond to get wasps nest high out of reach on our second story eaves and fill bait boxes for rodent prevention. Michael even pointed out an area we could seal better by our AC unit to make sure we don’t encounter any rodents entering our home. No contracts made it an easy choice to go with Black Arches Pest Control they are confident their service will do the job so you continue quarterly. Would recommend to anyone.

Black Arches Pest Control is very professional & they go above and beyond to do the job they promise to do! I had a bad experience with my pest control company before them and so I really researched their company and several others before signing up with them. I haven’t written a review until I’ve gone through several treatments and scenarios of making sure they were a quality company and I can tell you that they have gone above and beyond in their service. I want a pest control company who is honest and will do what they promise, take care of pests. I want them to be responsive. If I am seeing bug activity I want them to respond in under a week. I would prefer to use a local company because I like to have the service that comes with that. I want to have access to talking to a supervisor if there is a concern, I’ve never had a problem but the owner has reached out several times to make sure I’m happy with my service. Black Arches Pest Control is an incredible company and I’m grateful I found their company and will continue to use their service for years to come!
