I needed an updated termite inspection report since I was refinancing my mortgage with the VA. I called Black Diamond on Tuesday, and they had an inspector come out the next morning. Jacob Chastain performed a thorough inspection and briefed me on his findings. He was prompt, professional, courteous and I was very happy with their services.
