We bought a house, and didn't know we were actually inheriting a brown recluse habitat. Blankenship did an excellent job of addressing that, keeping it in check, and talking through it all with us every step of the way. On the first visit, they were crazy thorough -- going through the attic, under the crawlspace, behind all the furniture, etc., and I figured, "Of course, it's the first visit. Next visit, we'll get a guy that does half the work in half the time at the same cost." Never. Every visit was every nook and cranny. Couldn't recommend them more. Thank you!
