Great, timely service. Andrew was a really nice guy who came to my house twice for my one yellow jacket problem. He told me it could take a week or so for the hive to die, and when it returned, he came out and sprayed again to guarantee his work. It is great to have small businesses ensure their customers' needs are met and I am very appreciative for his time and energy. 8/17 and 8/28 service, both 5 stars.

We have used Bright Pest Solutions multiple times to help with wasp nests. Andrew does a great job - very responsive, good communication and, of course, he got rid of the wasps! We are very happy with his service and would not hesitate to call him in the future.

Highly recommend Bright Pest Solutions. This is the second time we have had to use Andrew for pest control. Both times he was very responsive, professional and got the job done. Most recently we needed his expertise to get rid of a very persistent underground yellow jacket nest. Despite trying several retail products to do it myself, the bees remained. Andrew took care of it in one visit.

Despite having an issue with the work performed at my house (strictly aesthetic, he solved the problem), we were able to navigate to an amicable solution, quite pleasantly and professionally. For me this says a lot about the owner/technician at this company. Somebody that stands by their work, and is willing to work with their customers, is hard to find these days. integrity is quite important, and seemingly not so common anymore. Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful in dealing with the yellow jacket issue we were facing.
