My technician Lamarcus was very service oriented, Very respectful, Genuinely nice person. He provided great service for me. I am really impressed And I hope his boss recognize it too !

Keshawn was my tech today, and he was SO sweet! He had a great personality, was careful to look around for areas that needed additional bait, and made sure I didn’t have any questions. He even talked to my cat! 😂. We have been so happy with Brooks over the past few months that we’ve used them.

Utilizing Brooks Pest Control was the best decision we made. We have been battling German Cockroaches for over a year and it's been a nightmare! After trying everything I could on my own, a sales rep (who was VERY respectful and knowledgeable) came by and discussed options with a guarantee to work. Though skeptical, I decided anything was better than nothing. Within just the first month, Brooks got our infestation from "everywhere every day" down to MAYBE one over the course of a week. (My current tech, Matthew, informed me that still wasn't good enough for him!) We've had 2 different techs over 3 trips. Both have been awesome and I truly can't say how great they were. Very polite, extremely helpful, and thorough with their work. The last 2 visits, my tech was Matthew and he was incredibly awesome! He has gone above and beyond to help battle our problem areas. If everyone at Brooks is as amazing as the 2 techs that have treated the inside of my house so far, then you can't go wrong giving them a try. It was the best investment made this year!

Quintelro Did a great job, he was super friendly and nice. very easy to talk to and get insight about what would help me and my house stay bug free. He was super informative and I hope to get him back on future appointments. He answered all questions I had and seemed happy to do it too.

The technician that came out to my house was very professional and patient with me while i got the funds to pay him he laid down 2 glue boards and i think 5 T-rex traps along with some bait he even sprayed around my house for roaches. Price was reasonable and the tech did an fantastic job. Thank you sir for your help. PS my technician was Vernon.

Tory was great! He was dispatched to help me within 30 minutes! He explained everything that he was doing and how the process would work! He went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe in our new home! I will be using every month!
