Miguel was above and beyond amazing, worked with my requests and limitations, he was professional and efficient! I had to call the main line with an inquiry and they responded in a very timely manner and were absolutely wonderful!

The salesperson was very kind and polite and explained all the details of the work that could be done.... This morning the gentleman Casey was also very, very, very responsible and courteous, and did an excellent job throughout the whole outside of the house. I do hope this keeps the bugs away and look forward to seeing him another time. Thank you for your service.

First trip to house and I was very pleased with the service. He took the time to show things to me, answered my questions thoroughly and made a great impression. I was on the fence with hiring a company vs. trying to continue to tackle the issues myself. Feels good to have them do the work!!!

They came out, the guys were friendly and very knowledgeable. Told me exactly what they were going to do. They Cleaned all the spider webs around the house, sprayed. All at a good price. Very happy with their service so far.

After the first treatment, I had a column of ants that must’ve been relocating their home. I called Bug Shark about it. They came out the next day and got rid of any ants that may have been left. Also, I had some bugs in the house a few weeks later, I sent them a picture, they were quick to get back to me as to what type of bug it was and came out to do a specific treatment just for that bug. They are quick to answer all of my texts, and they’ve been out to my house more times to make sure I was happy and to check the progress of their treatments as far as carpenter bees, and spiders. This is one company that is delivering exactly what they sold me on, complete satisfaction.

Brandon texted he was on his way and estimated arrival time. Upon arrival he introduced himself and explained what he would be doing. He went about his work in a very professional manner. He even took great care of a couple problem spots I pointed out. He did not rush and was very thorough. This was our first service from your company. Send him back each time if available. I forgot to ask if this covered ants and spiders.

I'm a new customer and my property just had it's first service call. The technician, Rick, messaged me before he arrived. He answered my questions and gave some landscaping suggestions. He serviced the yard and home quickly. He gave me a detailed follow-up message explaining everything that he did and reminded me to call with any questions or issues. So far, so good.

Casey was great! Friendly and professional. Also thorough with his explanations of what he had done. Love that part of the service is knocking down webs on the exterior of your house!
