I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Bugtime. Their technicians are highly competent. Previously, I had been purchasing chemicals from Humble store to perform misting system maintenance myself. However, when I encountered an issue I couldn't resolve, Mike promptly arrived at my house and had the system operational in approximately 15 minutes. The service was top-notch in every aspect. My only regret was not calling them earlier.

I got my initial service today. It was done by Manny , he was so professional, polite and friendly Manny did the interior and exterior service in my home. He also serviced the attic, mulch and all the exterior areas in the front and backyard Me and my wife were so comfortable and grateful having Manny serviced our home We really appreciate him and he is more than welcomed to do our quarterly service every time Thank you Bugtime!!

I don’t even remember when I started with Bugtime after a referral to them, but the technicians (BOTH Rick and Dylan) go above and beyond, and the scheduling staff is very sweet.
