Magna PEST Control was absolutely amazing! Ethan really took the time to listen and understand the situation. He did a deep and very professional cleaning, even discovering issues I hadn’t noticed. On top of being skilled, Ethan is simply adorable — my little red-haired Viking, a true knight. Kind, respectful, and incredibly effective: a rare combination these days. I highly recommend him! Today, Cole came for a real follow-up service, and I can’t say enough good things about him! He is incredibly sweet, with the kindest smile, so gentle and genuinely caring. What I love most is that Magna Pest Control truly keeps their word – if there’s ever a problem or a new concern, they come back and do the follow-ups until everything is fully resolved. This honesty and transparency in their policy are so rare these days, and I deeply appreciate it. Since I do dog sitting, my dogs often go on the sofas, and Cole took the time to treat every single cushion, every corner, above and below, with incredible thoroughness so that everything is perfectly disinfected and safe for me and my dogs. He not only treated my home thoroughly, but also made sure to repeatedly ask if there were any specific areas I wanted extra attention on. He gave me the option of treating both inside and outside, walked me through the process, and answered every question I had in detail. What really stood out was Doug’s character—professional, personable, and easy to talk to. He even had a good laugh when I gave him a hard time, which made the whole experience that much more comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine customer care, but Doug absolutely delivers both. Highly recommend him to anyone needing pest control done right!
