Wish I could give a better review. It started off great and has went down hill fast. I found out that our buildings were not being serviced per our contract, found over charges, and the chemicals used seemed to not work. Very disappointed! I never get to connect with the rep that we signed our contract with. I feel they are under staffed and can’t handle adding all the properties they did. Looking to make a change due to poor customer service and continued resident complaints!

Eli did an excellent job servicing my property. Very thorough and considerate. He definitely deserves a raise! A+

Elijah from MAGNA PEST did an Awesome job!!!! This is the first time he came to my house. Professional and at same time very friendly, Great communication I wish I could always have him come back again, but he was just covering for someone 😕 He went thoroughly through my house. He took his time and making sure he got everything covered before leaving. Overall I'm very happy with the technician assigned to me!! If he's ever around Tennessee I would like to have him come back again.

Wonderful service and polite as well! I am disabled and sick and needed help to get a package in (the delivery driver did not follow instructions!). This young man form Magna saw me struggling and came right up and asked if he could help me. That was a blessing! If he hadn't of helped me, I am not sure how I would have gotten it in. Thank goodness for hard working, good people!
