The most useless pest company. My issue was mites in the bathrooms. Clark pest came out and they are definitely good talkers but don’t know anything about pest control. They verbally addressed my issue. TWO MONTHS later the mite situation had gotten worse despite regular “treatments.” During one of the visits, the tech forgot/didn’t have a ladder to check my crawlspace and never came back with one. They then confidentially said that there was no evidence of rodent activity without even checking the crawlspace. After getting very frustrated I fired Clark pest and had another company come out. They had the situation under control in 1.5 weeks. They also found evidence of rodent activity. After doing a bit of digging, Clark pest was treating for ants and spiders. Not mites. The pesticide they were using is useless against mites. They talk a good talk but clearly they don’t know what they’re doing and wasted my time and money. Stay far away.

I had a pest inspection that stated there were no termites. However, two months later, I found a large amount of termite excrement in an easily accessible area—a beam over the garage door. Despite this, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with fumigation because of their well-known brand. That turned out to be a mistake. I paid a higher-than-market price, believing it would minimize hassle. I didn’t realize they would outsource the work to a third party and not even check the quality of their work. The third-party company did a terrible job. My light-colored facades and windows were covered in mud because, instead of rescheduling, they decided to install the tent during heavy rain. When they removed the tent, they left all doors and windows open for ventilation, allowing rainwater to flood inside. They also cut my fiberglass internet line and broke the sewer line. I had to spend time and money hiring people to fix and clean up after them. The third-party company only reimbursed the cost of a new internet line, while Clark did nothing. Very disappointing experience—poor inspection, lack of accountability, and unprofessional subcontractors. I do not recommend them.

Sales rep showed up on my door and over sold his services. I signed up for it after checking that there is not recurring commitment or cancelation fee. The first service was super under whelming and I decided to cancel. It has been over 6 months and they have been bothering me with false cancellation fee and threatening that they will send it to collections agencies. What a scammy company!!

I had a terrible experience with Clark Pest Control’s bed bug treatment. Despite following all prep instructions, the infestation persisted after their initial Aprehend treatment in October 2023. Their technician barely inspected the affected areas and prematurely declared the issue resolved. When bed bugs remained, they refused to provide any complimentary follow-up, claiming it was past their one-month contractual window, and instead tried to charge us again. I had to plead for a second treatment, but even after the December retreatment, the infestation persisted. A later inspection revealed that critical areas, like the bed frame, were never properly treated. Clark’s team—Chris (a transactional salesman), Eric (who ghosted us), and Josh (a manager who never reached out)—showed no accountability or compassion. They only cared about upselling more treatments instead of ensuring the job was done right. When I suggested a localized treatment for the bed, Eric and Josh flat-out refused, and communication stopped. Frustrated, I switched to HeatRX for $1,400, which included heat treatment and multiple follow-up sprays—far superior to Clark’s $1,000 single-spray service. Clark Pest Control’s negligence, lack of follow-through, and refusal to stand by their service caused unnecessary financial and emotional stress. Avoid them at all costs.

I have scheduled appointments and technician is a no show. Have to reschedule with another tech for another day and wait again. Tech tells me my home is not in his area. Next scheduled appointment and again a no show. Have to reschedule for another day. Finally, third appointment I’m waiting and get a call that my tech has a family emergency and went home. Someone will be coming later in the day. Okay he shows up. Cant wait to see what happens next time, and what the excuse is.

Quality of service depends upon who your technician is. I had one who was outstanding. Other people on the block also loved him which is amazing to say about an exterminator. He left & the replacement was probably ADHD. Always forgot to come, just showed up without calling. Now I get texts saying We will be there tomorrow between 8 and 4. Recently I texted back saying I wasn’t available in the afternoon. They never gave the technician the message. When he didn’t come by noon I told them not to bother. They didn’t give him that message either, so I began getting calls and texts from him while I was at a meeting saying he was there. Apart from that incredible disorganization they do take away the dead mice.
