We have been constantly seeing bugs after Clark’s sprays. Live bugs. We are definitely going back to using core pest control, as we NEVER had this problem with them. Yes they have came out 4 times within 3 months. And we still are seeing bugs. At first I was trying to give a little grace since all the rain the past few months, but it’s just ridiculous now. We are very clean-mop and vacuum daily and never had any problems like this before getting Clark’s.

If you want long hold times, missed appointments, and terrible service, then Clark is the company for you. My personal experience has been nothing but frustration. Over the years, I’ve had Clark service multiple properties, and their customer service has only gotten worse. Reaching anyone takes 10–20 minutes (if you’re lucky enough to get through at all), and when you finally do, no one seems to have a clue about your account. Their billing website is a nightmare, and even after years of being a customer, they couldn’t keep track of our termite bond or even acknowledge missing bait stations. The quality of their service also dropped dramatically. After one of their last visits before I switched providers, it looked like nothing was done: live bugs everywhere, cobwebs left on doors, wasp nests untouched—an embarrassing lack of effort. No surprise so many of their technicians leave. Years ago, Clark was decent, but after being absorbed into larger corporate ownership, the service completely collapsed. I’ve since moved to a local provider who responds by text or phone within minutes, knows my properties, and actually provides consistent, thorough service. The difference is night and day. To top it off, I’m literally writing this review while sitting on hold for over 20 minutes, trying to figure out why Clark mailed our refund check to one of our service addresses instead of our primary residence. Nobody at Clark can give me a straight answer. Bottom line: Don’t waste your time or money with Clark. Stick with a local company that cares about its customers—you’ll save yourself endless headaches.

I've used Clark's since I moved into my new home two years ago. I've been happy with the service they've provided. I am especially glad to have had Chris Earley as the technician who did my termite inspection and pest control service today. He went above and beyond to correct a situation with my exterior termite bait stations and was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

Chris came out this morning to do our quarterly service. He was excellent! He took the time to explain how things work and he took his time spraying around the house, replacing bait traps, snake repellent, removing spiders/webs that had gathered, amongst a few other things. We truly appreciate the time and effort he put into our visit, whereas most would just be in and out, with us being unsure of what exactly was done and never asked if anything else needed to be done. Thank you!!

Lea Cloer was amazing! We use Clark’s for our bug control, termite protection, etc. Since we’ve been having a few palmetto bugs try and visit lately, we called Clark’s to see if they could come check things out. They sent someone out for free and it was Lea. All of their techs are good, but Lea is now my favorite! We probably could have talked longer about our dogs and life, on top of how to handle the palmetto bugs lol. Seriously though, if you need pest control, call Clark’s and ask for Lea!
