We’ve had several techs come by since moving to the area. Always very friendly and helpful. Most recently, I missed letting our technician inside so they treated the outside only. Super easy to schedule a follow up with the company to do the interior. They sent Sebastian for the follow up service. He did a great job, and was in and out in a jiffy! Great service every time.

A gambit of unwelcome insects decided to take up residence inside & outside our newly constructed home. Clear Defense Pest Control came to our rescue while fire ants stung me on our couch & black widows (yikes) lurked at our back door. Techs Roman Manzano & Josue Julian were both professional, punctual, efficient, & incredibly knowledgeable. The techs (along with company reps Sterling & Trevor) took the time to explain our pest issues. They developed a treatment plan while considering our individual problem areas & our health. Additionally, they anticipated future problems to counter egg sack cycles & seasonal pests. Besides our initial cleaning & treatment, they have remained in contact & returned for treatment in problem areas at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Clear Defense also offered contractual as well as one time treatment plans. We are completely confident in Clear Defense’s work & highly recommend them for anyone in need of pest control services & keeping Mother Nature at bay. 😁

I recently switched to this pest control company, and the positive experience began with the initial conversation at my door. Sterling was the person who knocked, and he did an incredible job of showing the value and differences between their company and others. I usually don't even answer the door for this kind of thing, but I'm glad I did. He was professional yet understanding, and he accepted that I already had a good price with a competitor. I ultimately chose to switch because of how much I enjoyed my interaction with Sterling and because their services provided more than my existing contract. My technician, Andy, was equally impressive. He was knowledgeable and professional, addressing all of my concerns and taking a significant amount of time to ensure that all areas of my home were properly treated. The entire process, from the first conversation with Sterling to the service provided by Andy, has been excellent. If you're looking for a new pest control company, I highly recommend them.

Both our sales rep, Tyler, and our technician, Josue, were great! We just moved back home to the area and wanted to be sure no creepy crawlies were getting free rent in our home. So far, we are very pleased with our service and I’m really happy they were able to help remove 12 wasp nests around our property for our safety and our dog. Edit after service on 9/20: Sebastian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He ensured to recheck our home for the wasp nests and retreat as needed.
