I truly have enjoyed the services of Cooks Pest Control. The staff (Brittany, Heather, Becky, are very kind and responsive. The technicians- Tony and Cory are very knowledgeable and professional-explaining services before providing them. I am definitely using Cooks Pest control again.

Cooks pest control has always been a good service for me for yrs ! Always solved my problems with no complaints. All I had to do is give a call and they tend to my issues. Bees, roaches, rats, fleas etc ! They solve the problem ! No questions about it. I recommend them 100% highly! They’re the best on the market !

Technician communicated well about how soon he would arrive at my house. Was on time, courteous and clean. Wore shoe covers in the house. Made sure there was nothing else he could do for me before he left. Great customer service.

This was my first time using this company. I must say when the technician left, she left me with my mouth open. Had to close it before something got in it🤣. She explained the procedure and what to expect in the next treatments. Everything is going as planned. I am greatly pleased with the service and so far the outcome.

Updated Review 10-8-25 The Department and District Managers both called, apologized profusely, and were extremely professional in their handling of my previous disappointment in services. The Department Manager himself, Scott, made time to come out today and personally treated my yard, taking the time to text me that they were here and making a point to talk to me and even explained everything to my mother who I got the service for. I was initially disappointed, but taking the time to reach out personally, take responsibility, and also come out yourself to personally treat the property and being so kind and professional with my mother was an exceptionally profound and remarkable thing to do. I appreciate this quick response and will happily change my review to a five. *********************************** OLD REVIEW: I was pleased with the services at first, but inconsistency in my scheduling slowly became irritating when I disclosed that I needed to be present when they treated my home and was told repeatedly they would only schedule on those days, or at least call me so I can stop by on my lunch break to make sure techs could reach every spot. After it being a year and they still send technicians out to me on days I am working and do not let me know when they're close, I am contemplating canceling and just seeking local help or treating myself with the same products. The final straw was when I was told the last technician not only didnt call me, but I was told they never got out of their vehicle. I was then told by their receptionist that the technician never visited my home, and yet I was still charged. I was called for a followup by the Department Manager and they said a different technician would come out yesterday and I would be informed when they were close. I waited all day and even texted the Department Manager to get an ETA on the technician and never heard from him or the tech. I most likely will be canceling this, as I worked for the company and know these are sub-par performances compared to the standards they set for their employees. If it is not resolved, I'll give Decatur a call.
