Booked pest control to reduce roaches. Tech showed up. Nice dude. But all he did was give us 3 baits and left. No spray. Nothing. Do not recommend.

I have had Corky's services for over 5 years and it's always been great. We love Gilberto. He is awesome and the five stars are for him. He is thorough and he listens to our concerns. He is professional and courteous. We won't accept a substitute technician. However, since the company was sold and is no longer a family-owned business, we've noticed some price increases, and now they are going to spray every 3 months instead of every 6 weeks. They are claiming that they have made the spray stronger. Sure it is... I don't like the changes the new company is making. If they keep increasing prices like this, we will have to go elsewhere. I'm already looking at new places.

Lorena was my first contact when I called this morning. She was wonderful! Very kind, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, helpful, and took lots of time answering all my questions! The service man was out this afternoon and set up the bait traps inside and outside the house and explained everything. He said that they will be out next week but if we want them to come remove any dead rodents before then that they would be happy to come out! Very kind and helpful! First impression was very positive - 12 on a 10 point scale! We are looking forward to working with them!!

This review is less about Corky’s as a company and more about one of their employees, Ezra. When Corky’s took over Pro Pacific Pest Control, I was very concerned because it went from being a community business to more corporate and the difference showed. Enter Ezra. He finds the perfect balance of being efficient and effective. He never makes my house feel like one of many, he always answers questions, and he’s quick, but thorough and never rushed. His professionalism and expertise shine through and he has taught me to take better care of my home with regard to sex and pests. As a business owner, I would strongly advise Corky’s to consider using Ezra as a model for training their other field representatives. Thank you!

My technicians, Ezra and Saul, are wonderful. They are thorough and professional. My only issue is with scheduling. Each time I call I end up with someone who comes across as uninterested, or the scheduling gets mixed up. Today Ezra was supposed to come over, I specifically requested him because he knows my layout which is very odd. Saul showed up which is ok and he was great but why do I call to request services if the schedulers don’t pay attention to me? And I was told that Ezra was available today but I wasn’t on his schedule. It is very frustrating. I have called and requested to speak to a supervisor. Let’s see if someone calls me back. I have my doubts.

When all was said and done, both men that came out were absolutely so professional, friendly, and really knew their business. I am so glad that we went with Corkys. They were both really reassuring to me. And a special thank you to Manny for calming me down every time I called
