Alex and his partner were great. They walked around in the pouring rain with me explaining in detail the critter issues we were having and what we could do to help our situation. They were respectful of my home putting slips on their boots and even brought some treats for my dogs. They were patient and kind and not pushy with the estimate they gave. Highly recommend them if you got any kind of nuisance rodents around the house.

The guys you sent were great! They were polite, efficient and did their best to not add additional stress to the raccoon. I hope this never happens again but if it does, I know who to call!

I reached out to a couple of wild life removal companies regarding a concern for a bat problem. I had the best experience with Cottom’s. When scheduling the inspection the lady (i forgot her name) was very kind and thorough in her explanation of everything, allowing me to feel confident the inspection would be thorough and honest. Tyler and Cody came out to do the inspection. They were very kind and kept me updated with what they were finding, they provided a quote same day and explained what each item on the quote was for. If I have any wild life issues in the future I will 100% be using them again!

We had several birds both dead and alive in our dryer vent duct. I made an Appointment and after being given the estimate the team got right to work on the same day! They removed, sanitized, and deodorized and did an amazing job promptly! Very trustworthy friendly and professional. So hard to find good help these days but this company restored our faith. Used Cottom's 20+ years ago for a raccoon. This time a woodchuck set up camp between my dining room window and the patio. They have always been very professional and that includes William. He listened to my observations and set the traps accordingly. I will always call Cotton's when I need that type of service.

Quick, professional, and easy to work with. Resprays are never an issue when the bugs decide to move indoors and Cottom’s is quick to respond. Today I had William, he was very helpful and polite.

I would highly recommend Cottom’s Wildlife Removal services! They recently removed bird nesting material (a lot!) from our garage roof vents and installed protective animal guard covers for the vents. Their workmanship is impeccable; they are very professional and thorough - even taking photos of the work they did in our garage attic to show me after the job was completed.
