After speaking with 3 different companies, I hired Creature Control to help us with a skunk issue, mainly because their receptionist who took the call was SO friendly, patient, informative, and answered all of my questions thoroughly even though my toddler was yelling in the background. They were also fair in their pricing. When their technician arrived, Anthony was super friendly and professional, quick to perform his evaluation of our yard, and took lots of pictures of potential sources of the issue so that we could address them. Although we didn't actually have a burrow in our yard, he did not push us to get a baited trap set up just for the sake of the company making money. He objectively explained the pros and cons and allowed us to come to a decision that we felt good about with patience. He handled our situation with integrity and kindness. I know who I will be calling with any future issues or if our skunk issue persists! Creature Control was great. Thank you!!

Anthony was amazing as was everyone at Creature Control. So incredibly knowledgeable, so friendly, and very empathetic. I cannot recommend highly enough. All creatures were either caught or had a one way ticket out (like the bats). I learned a lot.

Anthony from Creature Control was wonderful to work with! He was able to successfully remove a raccoon from my home that had been living in the attic for months. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and highly professional. On Easter Sunday, the raccoon had made its way into my bedroom and Anthony was kind enough to come out at 7:30am on his day off to catch and take it away from my home. Great experience with Creature Control. Anthony is the best. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed to pest proof our house. A few days later the guys came out and did just that. If you have a creature problem, I would highly recommend this company. They're the best!

Anthony is awesome! We have had squirrels in our attic and Anthony took care of the issue! He was so thorough, patient, and attentive every step of the way—from the inspection, to explaining his plan to take care of the issue, to setting the traps and explaining next steps, Anthony made sure all of our concerns were addressed.
