They did a thorough and professional job of sealing the entire house against the bats which were in our attic. Coming back next week to remove the one way bat door (allows the bats to exit), and then remove it and clean up the guano and sanitize the attic where they nested.

Joe, Colin and the rest of the team responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and questions. Joe’s assessment of measures to keep bats out of the house was detailed and well-informed. He explained the purpose of each step, and how it would be implemented. Colon scheduled the work quickly, and I appreciated the thorough communications by text about when the technician would arrive. The technician (Terry) was friendly and willing to answer my questions. He was able to complete the work in about 6 hours, and appeared to be both experienced and competent. My only concern was the cost — after seeing the materials used and the amount of effort required (6 man hours), the cost seems substantially higher than what I’ve paid for other work that required getting up on the roof (for example, repairs to the ridge vent and chimney). Perhaps Joe could have anticipated this concern and explained what’s driving the expense (for example, special materials, offsite pre-work, specialized technical expertise, etc). Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work and experience, but wish it could have been a bit less expensive.

I paid $2k for them to “seal” my home to keep mice out. After the work was done, my mouse problem remained rampant. Their work did not include inspecting nor sealing where the house meets the foundation, around my chimney, wire entry points in my garage nor entry points around my bulkhead. I have had to plug up several holes on my own with steel wool that they completely neglected. Make sure it is clear to you what they are actually sealing for the money because what should have been sealed was not.

Harrison filled the critter entrances around the periphery of the house and investigated areas on the roof. He explained his procedures. He is very competent and I look forward to his next work day here.

My problem with bats was taken care of and measures to block their entry into the house were quickly implemented . Services were excellent and the response to my issue was quick.

We had a woodpecker problem with them making large holes in the siding. Critter Control has installed "Eagle Eyes" in 2 positions on the roof to prevent birds from approaching the house. We are looking forward to seeing how well this works. Critter Control was very professional throughout. We have used them in the past, and intend to use them again for any animal issues that arise.

Critter Control did a very thorough job of cleaning up some basement rooms with mouse problems. Also took care of a wasp nest outside, sealed up entry points around our house and put out bait traps. Too early to tell how successful it will be, but they'll be back in a month to check on things. Satisfied with their service.
