5 stars! The entire staff is terrific from the appointment coordinator to service specialist. Critter control makes a stressful situation manageable. Highly and very strongly recommend. Craig who came to do the assessment was extremely knowledgeable, professional and comprehensive. I would definitely use them if needed again.

From their Coordinator Shay, to their estimator Craig and technician Adam, the whole team at Critter Control was excellent. Communication has been thorough, the work done was exactly as advertised, and the follow through has been great. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a vendor that will be able to "get them out and keep them out". Thanks team!

We had a bat in our bedroom and was taken care of really quickly was overnight too and they were able to send someone and no upselling on services but did provide recommendations how to prevent another unwelcome guests into our space

I am very happy with the service that Critter Control provided in regards to a squirrel issue I was having. The job was explained to me in detail, photos were provided of the completed job and it is backed with a 2 year warranty. I highly recommend their services.

Adam Danielson was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough when he came out to investigate an issue with chipmunks. After discovering a small hole above the foundation , he was able to block it, thus preventing entry in the future. I am so grateful for the exemplary service provided by Adam, as well as the office staff and owner of the company. In this day and age, it is difficult to find a company with such integrity, this time I hit the jackpot!

Critter Control came to my property a few times and never resolved the issue. Called them again and they refused to come to my property and get the job done. They told me they wouldn't come to get the issue resolved due to some prior payment disputes back in 2021 and ironically, they came to my property to work on the same issue in 2023 with no problems. This doesn't make any sense and in addition, the customer service was very rude, she hang up on me when I was trying to find out if there's misunderstanding. Anyways, this company is not reliable and doesn't provide the quality of work.

Best of the best! Our second time using Critter Control of Greater Boston and we couldn't be happier. Our first service was for a large rat problem at our commercial property downtown, where there was so many RATS they were seen at all hours of the day and night, roaming freely throughout the large property. Critter control totally eliminated the problem in a short time. We haven't seen a rat in over a year now! Our second time using them was for our condo complex where they are working on the current mice infestation and we have already seen great improvements after only one visit. Totally professional service from scheduling to simple text alerts and on time service techs who are very helpful and friendly. These guys know what they are doing when it comes to Critters! I would not hesitate to recommend Critter Control of Greater Boston to anyone, for ANY "Critter Control"!

I had an animal in my attic. Howard from Critter Control came by, and I got an amazingly in-depth tutorial on wildlife identification, including finding tracks - in this case it was a squirrel that had already left. They did not try to sell me a service that I did not need, which was impressive in this day and age. I will definitely call them back next time I need critter control.

Howard, the wildlife expert, was great. He came out for a consultation and you can tell this is a guy who’s been doing this a long time and is not trying to “sell” you anything just for the sake of it. He wants you to have the best info available, and I appreciate that.

Critter control is amazing! Moving to a city was a different experience for me and when I found a house guest that I didn’t invite in, they took care of it. They are so responsive, respectful and always take the time to answer all my questions!

We've had a problem for 6 months with pigeons living under our solar panels on our roof. Since our bedroom is at the top of the house, we could hear them and see them through our skylights, as well. They were noisy and especially unsettling at night as, they were banging up against the solar panels. We contacted 3 other "pest control" companies before Critter Control of Boston. Those other companies either didn't handle birds or didn't service our city, even though their websites advertised that they could. A 4'th company didn't even show up for the appointment they had scheduled with us. Critter Control responded the same day I called. 2 days later Craig arrived to evaluate our concern and give us an estimate for placing critter guards around our solar panels. He was professional, knowledgeable and reassured us our problem could be handled efficiently and without causing harm to any of the birds if there were nests under the solar panels. 1 week later, Alex showed up to install the critter guards. What a pleasant experience we had with him, as well. He arrived on time, spoke with us about the installation process and was very respectful of our property. Alex also cleaned up after the installation and left our property spotless. Needless to say, we've had "angry birds" circling the house once in a while, but the critter guards have worked. We wake up without the noise early in the morning and go to bed without the banging at night. It was worth it to hire Critter Control of Boston!. As a matter of fact, we are working with Critter Control of Boston to assess other work we need around the house for "critter control". If you're looking for professionals to help you with wildlife problems around or in your home, we highly recommend Critter Control of Boston. I wish we had found them 6 months ago!

I know that reviews are good, but I don't recommend this company if you have an issue that is a little tricky. We've been hearing a critter in our primary bedroom walls so called Critter Control since they had high star ratings. They came out, said they found the hole where the critter got in and quoted us $6k to fix the hole, maintenance on other risk areas around our house and sterilizing / cleaning once the critter was out. They also said they wouldn't charge us until the work was completed. After we agreed, they charged us first thing on the scheduled day of work (before they actually did the work). They didn't end up sterilizing, even though they charged it, and said that the corporate office cancelled it. After hours on the phone, they finally came out to complete the job. Fast-forward two weeks and we're still hearing the critter in the same exact spot. We called and left messages at least 5 times before finally getting through to someone. They sent someone else out who basically just said that all the work they did was done correctly so there's nothing else they can do and that we'd have to call the corporate office again to complain if we weren't satisfied. I understand it's tricky but we paid them a TON of money to fix a problem in a very specific spot - so it's not like they have to search a lot of areas - but they just shrug their shoulders and ghost us because it's not an easy cookie-cutter problem to solve. It's really unprofessional and disappointing. Unless you have a problem that is super easy to solve, I wouldn't call these guys. Go for someone who is truly local and not one that just advertises as such (we live in eastern MA and all of our technicians came from Worcester and beyond). They get you in with great customer service at first, but thereafter it's you just leaving messages that never get returned.

I have used critter control for years now. As a longtime customer, I have always been happy with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. They Really know what they are doing and are super responsive. Their customer service team is great!
