Terrible experience. About three years ago, I hired them to take care of bats that had gotten into a section of the soffit. I paid roughly $1,200 for removal and sealing to prevent future entry. What I didn’t know at the time—since I couldn’t see the area—was that they sealed a 2-inch gap in the soffit using nothing but caulking. For a gap that wide, proper practice would be to use a backer rod before caulking; otherwise, failure is inevitable. Instead, they just used caulking alone. That’s not just poor workmanship—it’s incompetence, and that’s how I now view this company. When I brought this up with Christina, the office manager, her response was, “Well, it lasted three years.” In my opinion, if the job had been done correctly the first time, the bats would never have been able to return. They charged me another $600 for removal the second time. Based on the way the repair was explained to me, I believe it’s finally been done properly—though I can’t see it myself. Hopefully this time the bats won’t be able to get in again but if I ever have another critter problem, I will definitely be looking for a different company in the Orlando area.

We called critter control because we found a bat in our sink. Ryan came out very quickly and did a thorough inspection. He was knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for doing such a good job! Highly recommend!

These guys are great. Always available when needed. Managers call to check in on status of the job. He even gave me his cell number to reach out if needed. Cost is very reasonable. We've been using them for years. Great company

I just wanna share my experience with Critter Control. They were very professional. They came on time. They went up on my roof and discovered that I had a raccoon. They sent out Ryan Miller as an inspector to check and make sure that there was a raccoon up there. He was very professional. He answered all my questions he was on time. The next day they sent out Willie who went up on my roof and sealed all the entranceways that this raccoon was getting in. Will he also discovered out? I had a few squirrels holes also and sealed them as well. I am very happy with Critter Control. I would totally recommend them if you have a problem with wildlife or any kind of critters, crawling around in your attic the pricing was reasonable. I did check around to see if there was other options. They are very reasonably. They are on time and very professional. Thank you for solving my problem.

Being this was a rental pay, they had to not only coordinate things with us, but also schedule with our tenant. They found the issue, documented it, and fixed it very promptly. Will definitely utilize them again if we have a critter issue 👍

This company is worse than the rodents that I hired them to remove, which still has not been done. Going on three weeks now. *Update. I have modified my original 1star to be 5 star review. The job has been completed. Though it took some time and the communication or lack there of was frustrating I’m glad it’s been done correctly Thank you

It started with their horrible AI voicemail system. Then waiting for their representative showing up two hours past the visit window. The quote for work was $1760 to animal proof three dormer soffits. The work effort for the two technicians took less then 3 hours and the results was a complete eye sore for all to see. The technician screwed flimsy sheet metal to the fascia boards and glued it to the shingles. Everything was uneven and rushed. At a rate of $300 an hour per technician, I would expect the work to be neat and precise. I text and called to express my concerns and when the manager finally came out he said that this is what they typically do and can not fix it. He offered to refund my deposit but failed to mention that they are retaining 25% of the total cost. $440 dollar spend for holes in my fascia boards and glue on my shingles. Do not do business with this company.

As of 11/14/25, we have not heard back from them on this issue. What was the result of the review, admit to doing a poor job and keep the money?

Damien Toler with Critter Control came over to give us an estimate today. While in the process of doing so he had found a rat and an entrance the rat had made to get into the house. He applied a temporary patch on the spot while doing the estimate so the rat wouldn't be able to get inside until they came back to finish the job. Thank you for the excellent work!

I am totally confused. We have a squirrel in our attic and I called to get it removed. Ryan, who seemed nice, came out and said that they can only remove it if I get a package for removal, which includes sealing the house, trapping, spraying, and following up. This is before he even walked in the house ro see what was going on. That's fine, but I wish that someone had explained that to me in advance. I just need the animal out. My roof is relatively new, so the roofer is coming out to do repairs, because I'm still under warranty, but Ryan said that they can't work with me unless I let Critter Control do all of the work. Very interesting, seems very strange to me. Definitely won't be doing business with them.
