I had a great experience with this company. I heard something scratching or clawing within a structure outside/top of my bay window. I called the company around 11a. Someone was at my house by 2:45pm. He listened to my concerns. He immediately found the exposed area. He was back the next morning to do the work. I appreciated the prompt response, work, and the price was comparable to other companies.
