I love Critter Wranglers! I've had them for years and I've never had a bad experience. Derrick, my current exterminator, is awesome! He's so pleasant and takes care of everything. If I've had an issue bug-wise, he is always accommodating. I can't say enough about this company.

I've been using Critter Wranglers for several years and can't say enough good things about them. I was in the pest control product manufacturing industry for 20 years, and I can tell you, these guys know their stuff. But it's more than that -- it's caring about their customers, too. They communicate well and do what they say they are going to do. For example, I have a quarterly service for rodent control, and the technician adjusted their schedule to accommodate me on their latest visit, plus after he came, he said noticed that there seemed to be very heavy usage and is going to check back next month instead of in three months to make sure everything is OK. You can't do better than Critter Wrangler!

Update: The owner contacted me and had someone come back to the house the same day to start trapping. The new guy they sent has been great in his communication and he seems to be pulling out all the stops to try and catch the groundhogs. On Saturday, he opened the traps for the weekend. Somehow, a groundhog accidentally got trapped in one of the traps so I let him know. He came out on a Saturday night to safely remove the groundhog. Talk about outstanding service. We still have a couple days of trapping left, but I am incredibly impressed with the response from the owner and the new man coming to trap the groundhogs. I would certainly use them again in the future if their standard is the service I am currently receiving. Really disappointed in the service I received from Critter Wranglers. I was told on the phone that they were comfortable and familiar with groundhog removal and since their pricing seemed the most affordable I decided to go with them. When the gentleman arrived, I asked if he traps a lot of groundhogs in which he replied no he doesn’t and his coworker is more familiar with them. I then asked him how they baited the traps and he told me some groundhog bait. I said well, multiple people told me that they love cantaloupe so are you planning to put any out? His response was no that cantaloupe can be hard to come by..pretty simple to obtain in a grocery store. My first mistake was agreeing to continue to use them once he said this. Now, I know groundhogs are hard to trap and they are very stubborn, however it is like the gentleman didn’t care whether he trapped anything or not. Why would he? There is no guarantee so now 500 dollars down the drain and nothing to show for it. The second day he re-baited the traps but I didn’t see him take anything on day 3, 4, or 5 to put in the traps to try and lure the groundhogs. Waste of money. I’d go with someone who actually seems to care whether they help their customer or not.

Critter Wranglers has my highest recommendation. They did a complete attic restoration in our house; they removed the old insulation, cleaned and sanitized the attic (lots of rodent and animal waste), and then blew in insulation to re-insulate the attic. From start to finish, the folks at Critter Wranglers were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They sealed multiple problem areas around our soffit to prevent pests from getting back into the attic, and now manage bait traps around the house for further prevention. They were quick to come back out and seal up another spot when we heard more action in our attic. If you’re looking for local, reliable, and fast services… these are your people!

I have used other pest control companies before and none compare to the service I get from Critter Wranglers. The man that comes to treat my house asks if I have any concerns, asks me about how my family is doing and knows their name's. I had carpenter bees and could not sit outside with out having to deal with them. I mentioned it to him and he took care of the issue. Now I can set on my porch without fight bees or worrying about the damage they are doing to my property. Any issue I tell them about they take care of it and follow up to make sure I don't have the same issue again. Love this company and their staff.

I have been using critter wranglers since 2019 and they have always taken care of any issues that have come up. The quarterly maintenance has definitely solved the spider issue my home used to have. They are friendly, efficient, and have great communication.
