I had bat removal done from our attic. I think it was done adequately under the contract. Dixieland was to put stainless steel grates over my dormers they did, but they missed one and since I didn’t notice it until their warranty was up. I’m just out. I paid $10,000 to have this work done and I can’t get someone to come back and put up 1 grate. Warranty or no warranty if I missed something on my work, I would come back and fix it, Dixieland doesn’t have that philosophy. Moral of the story make sure you check their work.

David and Anisa are knowledgeable, professional and kind. Since I live in the woods, I have used them several times for critter related things. Each time the issue was resolved. Very grateful for them!

This team does fantastic work! I needed squirrel removal from both a wall and an attic this season and they were able to quickly find the points of ingress and propose and execute a plan for removal and exclusion of these pesky tree-rats. I'm extremely pleased!

It was around 7:45 pm when my daughter called and said there was a snake by her front door.
