I’m super impressed with the termite treatment service I got! I contacted multiple termite companies and Alejandro was the first to reach out, inquire and set up a day for inspection. He is very knowledgeable, dedicated, and patient. He checked every corner of my house, showed me exactly where he saw the termite damage was happening, and explained everything so clearly. He relieved me of my worries that my house was falling apart, let me know I might need an additional treatment in the future but so far I have yet to see any droppings return. Plus, they guarantee their work, which is a huge relief. The service was fast and efficient, I HIGHLY recommend!! 1000/10

My fiancee and I recently moved into a townhouse in which we discovered termite larvae. Dr. Death sent out the technician Miguel, who was very kind and educated and efficient. He was able to confirm their presence throughout the house and proceeded to apply the treatments in the areas needed. He provided us information on the termites and to notify if there is an increase in their presence again. They have also been to my parents home and assisted in the removal of termites in their home also. Our family will continue using Dr. Death and continue recommending it to others thanks to technicians like Miguel and Alex.

I found two dark piles in a bedroom and thought (for sure) that I had termites, I asked the Neighbors section of the Ring App for recommendations and immediately had 20 responses! Among them 5 recommended Dr. Death. I filled out an online form and within 30 minutes Ani called to schedule a NEXT DAY appt! Jesse was scheduled to come to my house between 10-11am and at 10 am he called to say he would be here in 20 minutes and he WAS! Not only did he give us the great news that we DID NOT have termites, that what we had were sugar ants but he was courteous, fast and efficient! In a time where terrible customer service runs rampant, it was an absolute pleasure to do business with Dr. Death! Secondly, any other company could have said we did have termites (not ants) and charged us more, they DID NOT! Lastly, if you do have termites, they having been doing "tentless" exterminations for 8 years! No packing up the house, looking for a place to stay, guarding against robbers...4 hours and you are back in your home! Thank you Dr. Death and Jesse we will be long time customers.

second time i hired dr death and miguel showed up pretty fast. first time i hired them for my friend‘s apartment who had an ant problem and they took care of it and the ants were never to be seen again. second time for roaches at my place and i know they‘ll disappear as well.
