Our home was inundated with all sorts of insects-particularly millipedes. Drop Dead has eradicated all of those uninvited guests. From the get-go, Jesse was super responsive and knowledgeable and - together with the prompt, personable, and professional Jake - helped me eradicate a terrible mouse problem. After a thorough inspection, they went through all the options with me and we found one that worked and did not involve poison. I haven’t had a mouse since - for two years now. Recently I discovered wasps living in my porch wall, and Jake was here almost within the hour (!) and solved the issue. Highly recommended!

Riley was very efficient and understanding that I did not like sharing my place with a bat! He checked to see where birds and bats are able to enter. Thank you so much! Unsure of payment since the management is responsible however.
