Got text alert Jason was showing up at 1:26 today. Had the day off today so I went to open up the back and waited for him to knock or arrive in the front so I could show him where we’ve been having pest issues in the garage. Went to open front door at 1:46 and already had the hanging sign there showing he arrived at 1:26. I was at the house the whole time no audible knock or ring. Then I call and I’m told he tried knocking and no response but be sprayed the front perimeter and did the cobwebs. Well usually you can see the perimeter of spray for several hours when they spray, not even 20 minutes later my whole front of the house looks bone dry like nothing got sprayed. Called right away to inform your company. This is unacceptable.

He was very informative about the solution used and I felt very comfortable that he knew what he was doing. He showed me where he sprayed for insects. I am a very happy customer. 9/2/25. Mike from Dustin showed up within the timeframe given and I am very happy with the care he takes while spraying. I have outside cats and a fenced yard for my dogs. He does not spray over pets stuff. He helped me move them. This I appreciate because I cherish my animals. I have had no problems with ants, roaches or spiders since Dustin has started spraying. 9/15. I recently had my normal service. Unfortunately I disturbed a wasp nest in one of my awnings that surprised me and them. I called Dustin and they sent Mike the next business day and he knocked nest down and sprayed. Very happy with the fast service since I found out I am allergic to wasp stings.

They were able to start my service very quickly, answered all my questions thoroughly and after discussing the pests I've seen recommended the appropriate service. Jason came out for initial service, again explained the process very detailed, as well as what to expect going forward. So far, service has been on point and price was good.

Mike Haney is excellent! He’s always kind, professional, and very thorough with his work. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and really listens to any concerns I have. You can tell he cares about doing a great job.

Dustin Pest Control provided excellent service at one of our apartment properties yesterday. Gregory Simmons was professional, patient, and very informative throughout the entire process. We appreciated his friendly attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

David was professional, competent and did the best he could without a two storey ladder, which I admit would be hard to get into the narrow space. Conclusion, he didn' find any obvious entry points into the air conditioner, so it was probably curious birds ... unless we have mice that were bitten by radioactive spiders. No charge since he couldn't do a close examination.

11/6/25... Mike is always a joy to talk to. He know his business and each time he comes out to spray for critters I learn something new on how I can help protect my house outside critter accesses.
