Matthew came by last week to perform a spider treatment. Unfortunately, for the 30 minutes he was here, the service did not feel worth the cost of a one-time visit. Many spider webs were left Untouched, and the overall treatment seemed incomplete. I contacted EcoPest afterward and was told a technician would be sent the following Friday. However, that evening—during a rainstorm—a mosquito technician arrived instead. I explained the issue was with spiders, not mosquitoes. He seemed confused about why he had been dispatched and said he would notify the office and arrange for someone to come the following week. Since then, I haven’t heard back, and I’m unable to take additional time off work to be present for Another visit. I’m sharing only a few photos.

I was about to leave town for a week when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen pantry so I needed to get it taken care of quickly. Brian came out in less than 24 hours and did a thorough inspection, placed traps and monitoring devices in key areas. Now I feel much better and confident that the rodent issue is knocked out.
